  1. So i have been getting around to listening to Tom's ''Demo's, odds and ends'' album which is apparently some random shit Tom wrote and had lying around, a bit late to the game considering it came out in 2015. I turned on Golden Shower in the Golden State and sort of felt like i had heard the riff before. I thought to myself, hmm this sounds very ''Descendents like'', but i couldn't figure out what it sounded like until i finally got it some hours later... the riff is basically the same one used in All's song ''Million Bucks'' Not gonna rip on Tom too much but i mean cmon he basically stole the riff, what are you guys thoughts on this? Compare this with this

  4. I think it's a cheesy as hell song but I really genuinely like some of the lyrics, and the chorus is quite catchy. it's got a lot of eye roll moments but I like the core concept of the song and it does work well as an opener.

  5. I loved Battlefront 1. The campaign was fairly entertaining on Battlefront 2, but not worth buying the game for. Multiplayer wasn't nearly as fun as in 1.

  6. Yeah, at least in the mainstream. Lately, bands such The Vaccines on their first album did something interesting which connected with an old rock 'n' roll vibe. Fortunately, on the non mainstream side of things, there are bands which are still into rock 'n' roll and blues, but they are hard to find, unless you're really into your local scene, digging the shit out of it and following all the threads. Recently, I also found a local band here in Spain which does Doo-Wop. Crazy. On the internet? Forget about it, it all is been predated by majors. The control they are taking over streaming services is absolutely nauseous.

  9. I would have gone with KDB - just because i've always loved that type of creative player. But Salah has been amazing - deserves it. Fair play to Klopp for giving him this free role.

  10. De Bruyne was a good runner up, he'll have a medal to show for it but Salah has been keeping us alive; without taking credit from Mane and Firmino.

  12. Yeah it's refreshing to have a guy like this who clearly knows his stuff and keeps it real. He's absolutely right too, as much as I love the early 2000s music, the early 2000s rock introduced the assembly line approach with the same few producers copy and pasting sounds. Once that gimmick wore off you lost a lot of the soul and song writing

  14. Watching Urethra Chronicle 2 again, Tom nailed it on the insane part: "One day I'll run for President, and I will be on TV trying to tell people I'm not insane because they will interviews like this one on the TV and people saying do not let this guy be President"

  15. Ever since someone posted about this guy going into detail about why All the Small Things is a great song, I've been watching a lot of his videos. This entire video is good but if you skip to the end, he gives his thoughts on the "assembly line" approach to making music. Though he doesn't mention him by name, it's pretty much a spot on critique of Feldmann's producing style and all that's wrong with it.
