  1. Don't get The Offspring hate. Up until American Idiot they were almost as big as Green Day, direct competitors for Pop Punk Kingdom. They just went downhill while GD and blink matured enough to put AI and Untitled album. Offspring just lived and still live thanks to their wonderfull run Smash to Americana. They belong in another family though, they're Rancid, NoFX, GD brothers while blink's are Sum 41, Mxpx and Alkaline Trío. Next family would be Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Yellowcard, NFG.
  2. We'll have to wait to the actual Brasil show. So far best crowd was Argentina. Did you watch the Limp Bizkit snippets? Crowd was nuts Blink Is coming with so much new songs, Setlist needs more hits. But the crowd has been pleased, it's not easy to follow Offspring or Limp Bizkit show. People have less Energy.
  3. Fair take, but out of all the bands that have play pop punk at some point of their carrers I believe Sum, blink, GD and Offspring are the better and more succesfull ones around the world
  4. I just mean they are not there just to see blink. That's why I believe the setlist should have all the hits. Chill Man I love The Offspring just as much as I love blink, Green Day or sum 41. Pop Punk big four. Calm down 😎
  5. I live in S.A. and as far a Im concerned they are mostly killing it, real blink fans are pleased and it's totally a dream come true, some points id add: 1. Travis is a Drum God, he carries the band and by himself is the hightlight of the festivals 2. Audience (except for Perú) is mixed between casual fans and blink ones 3. Many casual fans are ranking Offspring as a better band (Pop Dissaster type of comments, "Offspring should have close" blah blah 4. Tom has been hit or miss with his voice, although at Chile was better 5. Some casual fans are offended by the jokes, no big deal 6. Setlist could be better. Casual fans dont know any new song. Adding a few songs like Adams Song, Man Overboard, Josie, Always would had been awesome
  6. Really excited to see them here in S.A. Dream come true for so many people I hope they put Adam's Song and Man Overboard back on the Setlist https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/blink182/2023/unipol-arena-casalecchio-di-reno-italy-5ba32b30.html This type of set would work out great, maybe adding Turpentine instead of Up all night and we are goooood. Missing Carousel and Not Now though
  7. I don't think it's worth separating blink songs into AvA, BCR +44 They are all the same organization Terrified is just another blink song that kinda sound like BCR, like Obvious, Down. Just like BCR had songs that sounded blinky: And I, Elevator, All Sistems go (Chorus has a 2nd voice that sounds quite like Mark).
  8. Insomniac it's great I love Dookie, Insomniac, Nirmod. Amazing records One more has nothing to do here, if it's gonna be compare it should be against Saviours, and i think new blink has better songs while Green Day has better production
  9. I totally agree with this review: the production is really great, but the songs not that much (few exceptions), it just makes me want to listen to their good ol tracks from Dookie till A. Idiot. It would've help to speed the songs a bit. Their best effort since 21CB though, that's good.
  10. I like the Bada Bing Bada booom new song. They seem to be getting lots of hate/love for a controversial live "Maga" lyric though...
  11. I LOVE this song, top ten blink songs for me, catchy riff, cool vid, honest lyrics. No other band can do this type of pop punk greatness.
  12. I wont complain about details and enjoy this awesome album, right now i think it deserves to be at least on the top 5 of the history of the band (personally think might be a top 3) Gotta admit the main problem during 2009/2014 era its gone (Tom`s blink voice is back!!!) and we have to be grateful for that Neighborhoods/DED with this Tom voice would be much, much better.
  13. 33 here, almost 34. I discovered blink when i was 11, Rock Show was on full rotation on MTV i loved the song, then First Date video premiered, at this point my family knew i was into them and bought me TOYPAJ as an birthday gift
  14. I just saw the video and i agree, i get they dont know much trough the blink catalog and thats cool, its like asking blink their favourite Sum or Simple Plan song Noodles added that Dexter liked newer blink stuff and thats so cool!
  15. I would like a Little extended version of Hurt, not much but the original just stops quite abrupt. It's a great track
  16. ANTHEM PART III 9/10 DANCE WITH ME 10/10 FELL IN LOVE 8/10 TERRIFIED 10/10 ONE MORE TIME 8.5/10 MORE THAN YOU KNOW 9/10 TURN THIS OFF! 9/10 WHEN WE WERE YOUNG 9/10 EDGING 5/10 YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’VE GOT 6.5/10 BLINK WAVE 10/10 BAD NEWS 9/10 HURT (INTERLUDE) 9/10 TURPENTINE 10/10 FUCK FACE 10/10 OTHER SIDE 10/10 CHILDHOOD 6.5/10 OVERALL 8,7/10 Top blink record for me, not quite sure where it ranks between Untitled, Enema and Dude Ranch, but it is sure up there so far.
  17. This song flows better within the whole album, I gave it a 7 but now it's a 9 for me. Not perfect, but easy listen nostalgic chorus, fit nice between harder, saddest songs.
  18. I like this song but the huge Adams Song similarity at the start kinds of turns me down right now Also wish they would replace One of the "You dont know what you got" on the chorus with something else. Nice verses.
  19. This song still sounds weird to me, but I'm glad they are trying new stuff It's not an easy song to digest and that's cool.
  20. Yeah, it's like a turorial of how to make great modern pop punk. I'm not even into NFG or Neck Deep but this song nails their style so much
  21. One of my favourites Mark songs, the overall feeling it's so great, this is a heartfelt gem
  22. That electro beat on the bridge is weird at first, but kinda cool
