Triangle
Going to see Millencolin live in Febuary at Manchester. Anyone else like them and ever seen them live?
bastard
i've seen them probably 5 times or so good band, live sound usually not the best
Knapppers
I really like these guys. I remember listening to Home from Home so much back in like grade
_Kyle_
saw them at warped tour in 2005 and it was rad, then some asshole jumped up and uppercut me with their head and made my nose bleed.
Ghost
I'm gonna interview them, cause they're coming to Spain in February. I remember their concert back in 2005 on the antidote Tour, along with Flogging Molly, Randy and other bands. Ah... good times.
Kay
I love No Cigar and some other tracks but never gave them a proper chance. I keep meaning to. the vocalist reminds me of the guy from Bad Religion. who I also quite like but I've always found that weird. no idea if anyone else hears it though. Their first album is definitely my favourite, and I also think he kind of does now that you said that.

Elisa
Good to hear! I really liked their last album. They were one of my favourite bands growing up, my friends and I used to have a big thing for Swedish skate punk bands back in the day. Still love the shit out of almost all their songs (except for the Machine 15 album.) They aren't perfect live but I've always had fun at their shows. We might go see them again this summer, they're playing with Bad Religion.

Sounds like a great evening; Bad Religion and Millencolin on the same bill
Thibaut182
Always really liked Millencolin, I think that they nail that ska-punk sound without the use of trumpets and horns ! Would love so see them live !
Low Value Boy
Not listened to much of them in the past decade or so but Pennybridge Pioneers was such a great album for me back in the day, used to absolutely rinse it.

Interesting comparing the vocalist to Bad Religion since Millencolin are Swedish. The accent is very noticeable I will add.
Elisa
The accent makes Millencolin very unique imo.

Thibaut182
I've always considered Millencolin as a ska-punk band too. Especially with those songs 1
Elisa
A lot of ska punk bands haven't aged well, but that's not their case. Da Strike and The Monkey Boogie are still amazing. I will always have a soft spot for Life On A Plate and For Monkeys. Killercrush, Friends till the End and Jellygoose are three super underrated songs from Life on a Plate.

Killercrush is in my playlist for practicing drums so there's enough said about that.
Knapppers
I used to jam to home from home so much back in the day. This band was heavily used in the soundtrack to this mountain biking tv show that got me into riding which i watched on repeat in high school. Theyre songs always sound good.
