How did I forget to add that, both the MM LP and the SS LP were on repeat in my CD player for most of my teens. can't stand listening to them now but back then I was obsessed.

I got that album and Dre's 2000 album the night before going to ...I think Williamsburg for a field trip. Must of been 12 or something....a step up from Will Smith I must say.

*2001

I used to try and myself that I liked that album, had to finally accept the fact I didn't. Used to just listen to Forgot About Dre on repeat.

u right u right

that album came out in 1999 and it still bugs the fuck out of me that he called it 2001. It's fairly good album, but yeah, not amazing. I like the first half so much better.

Blink - enema

Bowling for soup - let's do it for Johnny

BFS - drunk enough to dance

Alkaline trio - good mourning

Something corporate - leaving through the window

NFG - sticks and stones

Reel big fish - cheer up!

Green day - international super hits

Sugarcult - start static

Good Charlotte - lifestyles of the rich and famous

Honestly still listen to most of those bands and albums to this day! Haven't really grown up sadly...

To discover that music at that age is an amazing trip.

When I was 10 or 11 "God Only Knows" was in an IKEA commercial and I remember loving that song so much and not knowing who it was, but I just thought it was the Beatles. When I was 12 "Like a Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan was in an IKEA commercial as well, and I liked that one too.'

I get my music taste from IKEA commercials.

This is a tricky one, I'll go with:

All Killer, No Filler - Sum 41

Self-Titled - Blink

Where You Want To Be - Taking Back Sunday

I Am The Movie - Motion City Soundtrack

WYHSB - +44

Siren Songs of the Counter-Culture / The Sufferer and the Witness - Rise Against

Broadcast to the World - Zebrahead

Pennybridge Pioneers - Millencolin

How I Spent My Summer Vacation - Bouncing Souls

The Empire Strikes First - Bad Religion
