Apparently there's all these stories flying around that Kathleen Kennedy is getting fired, and stand alones are getting canceled.

I've seen conflicting stories, but I cant help but get my Hope's up that she will get fired.

Star Wars fans will always hate whoever is in charge. They bullied the fuck out of George Lucas, to the point where when asked about making more Star Wars movies he said “Why would I make any more, when everybody yells at you all the time and says what a terrible person you are?" George gave Star Wars to Kathleen, so now she has inherited all the hate.

The funny thing is now that George is gone, Star Wars fans have gone back to loving him. These people say they hate the sequels "because it's not George's vision." Ironically, they're mostly the same people who hated George's prequels.

To be fair he was making some sub-par movies. He should of gotten others to do them and not surrounded himself with yes men.

People were anti- Kathleen Kennedy the minute she was announced. Despite having an absolutely amazing track record.

Have to think there is some sexism going on there.

She's cranked out four awesome SW movies, it would be idiotic to even think about firing her based on the complaints of right wing douchers.

The last jedi "kingdom of the Crystal skull" fucked the entire series.

I haven't had any real issues with any of the other movies. Force awakens and Rogue One weren't bad at all.

Just goes to show that you can build 1000 bridges but if you suck one cock they dont call you a bridge builder.

They let directors have creative freedom, but I think it's foolish to believe the message board narrative that it was all just thrown together on a whim.

There are more intricacies in TLJ than in possible any SW. to think they would put that much thought into minute plot details with no general sense of where this is going in the end is dumb. People forget that this is the 2nd of a trilogy. If they blew the entire load on #2, no one would care about #3.

Also- scenes like the Snoke thrown room..Snoke narrating Kylo killing him, just as the Emperor wanted Luke to do in RotJ. this time it actually happens

TLJ is way deeper than people give it credit for. they're too hung up on the plot not advancing exactly as they had planned in their mind for two years. i felt this way at first too

They literally didn't plan out the entire series. Any story line the force awakens set up was totally done away with and nobody progressed. Rey is still basically the same. Kylo Ren is the biggest disappointment of a villain.

It's like they did one of those elementary school projects where one person starts a drawing, then you pass it along for someone else to finish.

Well first off, it didn't undo anything about TFA storyline. And I thought everyone here hated that movie anyway? People will complain about anything.

omg TFA sucks, SW ruined! OMG TLJ undid everything about TFA, SW ruined!
