  2. Really liked the STFTK bridge. Those pieces of music were pretty nice, and something that, maybe, was hinting to what blink wanted to develop on their next record. Fuck, as much as I dig in that perior, the most I think we really missed a very interesting and excitin incarnation of blink.

  3. I think they just tried to widen the genre as much as possible.

  4. As I mentioned in the other thread, this is a great find. I noticed that one of the songs being played during Travis' solo is Misfits' Hybrid Moments - which blink started covering live around 2014. I think Tom mentioned that Travis really likes this song but had no idea he had played over it before.

  6. two notes: the last one's from 98 (they didn't start using that promo image till they were promoting josie), and already on the timeline, but added the flyer. second, i think it's really cool you found that first one! that's one of those dates that kevin-182 added over a decade ago with no proof for it but now we have proof. thanks!

  9. Starting to have an idea about the date of that interview : at 2:12, it's mentionned that Blink is going to do the Warped Tour with Pennywise, Nofx, Dance Hall Crashers, Unwritten Law (this edition is the Warped Tour 1996) At 4:34, the interviewer says that Blink just got back from a successful Australian tour, so that tour is the one with the poster above starting May 10th-May 12th. So that interview is dated end of May 1996/ start of June 1996. Also that promo is probably for Epitaph (maybe it was around that time that Blink met with Greg Graffin regarding if whether or not they wanted to sign on Epitaph too, would make sense). It was recorded in the Epitaph office with the Bad Religion and Offspring poster.

  13. i thought it was a fine list all things considered, though i have the same qualms many of you do. TWO good charlotte albums, ATL being top 20, paramore being top 10?? i don't protest either of the last two being on the list, but being placed so highly while something like motion city's commit this to memory is overlooked shocked me. that said, lots of good deep-cut choices on there, and i can't complain about two blink albums in the top ten. also, while i didn't hate 5SOS as much as everyone else, i'll agree their inclusion is pretty laughable
