  1. I’m now blasting Toypaj and cleaning my kitchen. Good work fellas.

  2. We used to do a ton of stupid shit. Downed a bunch of ipecac and puked all over the theater during a showing of Signs. Stuck gum wrappers in the sockets at school and shut down the power. Shaved my friends head in an Old Navy. Had a pizza delivered during a church service. Went down a highway loop on razor scooters at 3 in the morning, which actually got us handcuffed and taken home.

  3. Apple Music is great that way, it connects your personal library with your streaming library so if you put a song from your own library that’s not on Apple Music it automatically sync to all of your devices so that you can mix on your playlists

  4. TOYPAJ is easily the worst pre Matt skiba blink album outside of STFTK. Pretty cringe album did not age well.

  5. Please Take Me Home freaking flows. Verses jam. I never understood why it's so divisive on here.

  6. It is more fun when there's less strategizing Dumpweed top 5 though

  7. Oh don’t get me wrong. I disagree completely. Dumpweed is gonna be way higher. He will be alone voting for that one for a while but respect to him for doing so.

  8. My friends and I had a Jackass/skating show on public access when I was 15/16, blink and other pop punk bands were a huge part of it.

  9. You guys remember when TOYPAJ came out and there was rumors that there was a version that had all 6 bonus tracks? I wasted so much time trying to track it down and never once crossed my mind it was made up bullshit?

  12. Haha yeah, and what the hell does it matter anyways, it sounds great nevertheless. One thing that is for sure is they didn’t use Oliver’s potato

  13. Time to break up is one of my absolute favorite blink songs. It’s almost a crime they didn’t put it on the regular album. Would’ve been a classic

  14. One thing that sets toypaj apart from Enema and most of the other copycat bands is the guitar tone, Tom didn’t use as much distortion on that album which helps the overall mix to get that crisp, open sound, in my opinion at least.

  16. curious. "online songs" and "please take me home" are my top tracks on that album, along with "roller coaster." compared with enema, i prefer the song structure and riffage, as well as most of the production sound, on jacket. but i will admit that the lyrics haven't aged well at all. jacket came out just weeks after i graduated college. and although it was an key album of the summer (along with from here to infirmary, stay what you are, bleed american and weezer's green album) the lyrics were in pretty bad shape even on first listen. especially "anthem part II"!! "kids can't vote..." sounded pretty lame to a 24 year old. conversely, overall i like the songs and riffs on enema less, but the lyrics still hold up imo.

  17. I also took @Speedo and @Cheerios4u98 from 9999 to 10000. It’s kinda my thing. Couldn’t let it slip past.

  18. Everytime I Look For You is one of the best songs Mark has written.

  19. I love TOYPAJ, probably more now than I ever did before, in fact, I'd go so far as to say it's slowly become my favorite Blink album. It's still behind Dude Ranch but its edging in there.

  20. Except these aren't everyone's favourites, these are just the ones that won their polls. Most of these don't come close to favourites for me.

  21. Fucking itches bro @Russel Coight haha cheers mate - I will try n hold a stiff upper lip n stave off crying. I’ve got to die on this hill now. 21 days > Dumpweed for myself. May have to hide under a rock until it’s off, much like a crustacean. @Jan's Plan yeah I’ve still not decided on how I feel about strategising, like I did it on the AVA odds an ends and I’m not sure if I felt dutty for doing so

  22. You be proud of yourself mate. Stuck to your guns and voted for your least favourite even though no one else was voting for that song. Wear those crabs like badges of honour.

  23. The first time Huge fan of NINE, but that song has never been a top-tier for me

  24. I like that littleredguitars guy too! Seems like a nice dude in his videos. I never interacted with him on here. Maybe you guys annoyed him lol, but the jokes about him always make me laugh. He bought one of Tom's old guitars from the Dude Ranch and/or Cheshire days. Its one of the well known ones we've all seen. Cool stuff

  25. The 2016 SRC 2x LP press is my go-to, as it has all the bonus songs on Side D which was revolutionary lol. But yeah even without CDs/vinyl, the TOYPAJ I had in my iTunes years ago always had them all and has synced to my phone forever.

  26. First Time. Or Heaven. Really they're both so boring.

  27. Christ Heaven is actually a good song. First Time

  28. They used to bother me but, I don't know ... there's 10 million assholes with 100 million guitars ... everyone plays guitar and a good chunk of them are high off their own methane. It is what it is, it took more effort to be annoyed by it than it did to not give a shit so I eventually settled into the latter.

  29. Oath mate. Toypaj just suits that era of your life so well

  30. Fuck yea. Probably best summer of my life. I was 15 but smoking a lot of weed and causing all kinds of immature ridiculous mischief. TOYPAJ was the perfect soundtrack for that time in our lives.

  31. Man I still remember the summer when I was 16 or 17. We’d moved into this house that had a back deck and pool and the deck had speakers built in. I was the only one of my mates with a pool so we spent the entire summer drinking and hanging out and toypaj was on repeat every fucking day. Best times.

  32. I can’t remember his old username here but he was an arrogant twat. Thought himself better than everyone. Claimed he would turn down prime Kim Kardashian if she propositioned him for a root.

  34. I don't remember reading that he did, I'm no expert though so take everything I say with a grain of salt. I'm no gear head. It entirely possible he did, I just recall reading differently.

  35. Yeah same here, I don’t have any cds left anymore so whenever I want to listen to like time to break up I have to listen to some baaad quality ones on YouTube

  36. Yeah Jerry Finn and Tom perfected that sound. Jerry was a fucking mastermind. I remember getting so frustrated at my little amp why it couldn't sound like that, clean yet crunchy and heavy

  37. let's not forget the bonus tracks. both "time to break up" and "don't tell me it's over" are great. and "what went wrong" still holds up. it's sort of like blink's "good riddance (time of your life)."

  38. Wow! I did not know that it was a pre-enema song. That’s crazy. i actually like the drums better on TOYPAJ, as well as the guitar and bass tones. I guess it’s just the songs themselves that don’t hold up as well for me.

  40. While I completely disagree with everything you’ve just said, you were on 9999 positive points and I had to like it in order to give you number 10000. Congrats but you're lame.
