  1. I never played harmonics but from this video it looks like he's doing harmonics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xk3DtYWibto`
  2. I think £50 is ridiculous. They were £20 in 2004, £30 in 2012, and £32.50 in 2014. £50-£60 is a price typically reserved for stadium gigs. The only arena shows that should be that expensive are stupid pop acts like lady gaga, or bieber or old big acts from the 80s. The soundcheck and meet & greet packages are super expensive too. I might've spent that if Tom was there.
  3. they probably do them because they play really high up in the bill, get paid a decent sum (only disclosed fee is from Australia but it was massive), it's only a few days of shows instead of weeks, they play to outside their core audience, get some TV time in the country. It's a win, win for them, but it sucks for fans because it's a more hits laden setlist, less spontaneous cool things like acoustic songs, and also festivals suck and are stupidly expensive.
  4. Tom used to move a lot. I remember back when Start The Machine came out he commented that he'd just moved into that house he's in and already wanted to sell it.
  5. Found another link for the trailer if people haven't seen it https://comfy.moe/vtuida.mp4
  6. Here's the leaked trailer for Tom's Sekret Machines documentary. https://comfy.moe/vtuida.mp4
  7. What do we think is going to happen now the tour is over? A bit of a break for them then start promoting SOOHM? Then Christmas shows, then third single early next year then European tour?
  8. lol I thought this was a mistake then I looked at the track list and saw the track. Some of the songs are completely forgettable. My favourites are Cynical, Home is Such a Lonely Place, Rabbit Hole and She's Out of her Mind as it's been stuck in my head for a week. Kings of the Weekend and Bored to Death are pretty good too.
  9. According to mediatraffic.de that tracks worldwide record sales California crossed half a million this week. 'California' by Blink 182 14,000 / 508,000,
  10. Every time I see some footage from the tours around Untitled I just shout at the screen "give it to me!" I would pay a lot to see what was meant to be Urethra Chronicles III.
  11. So overall I really enjoyed it, I do think he misremembers some things and that's fine, people romanticise memories, but it's all pretty good. The only cynical thing that comes to mind is in the credits where they said that it was written, produced and directed by all his team, which makes me think that they didn't really ask him to do it but instead he instigated everything and they aired it.
  12. Yeah i'll probably do it as an mp4 or mkv.
  13. anyone got a link they can PM me?
  14. I was looking through the venues they're playing at and man some shows aren't selling that great.
  15. I meant to say last month, I saw Good Charlotte in San Francisco in June, they played the party at Apple's WWDC and were actually really good. They still play The River which I think is an awesome song.
  16. Dude, only 60 movies ever have made over $300m domestic. $300m domestic is a massive success, Guardians of the Galaxy made $337 domestic with $170m budget and it's a massive success.
  17. Is someone going to create a section in the Tour forum for this summer's tour?
  18. As much as I love/hate Tom Delonge, Matt seems to give a fuck, which I really like. He knows he's stepping into big shoes and has to prove himself and he's doing it. Hats off to him.
  19. Is it just me or does it seem like blink have done more press in the last 24 hours for California than they did for the whole Neighbourhoods cycle?
  20. i thought Tom was being dramatic when he talked about Feldman as a writing partner on the album but he has writing credits on every single song on the record.
  21. agreed, the guitar riff saves that song imo
  22. I think I need to remove myself from this being a blink album and see if I can just enjoy the album for what it is. it's a 3/5 for me at the moment. I really like Cynical, No Future Rabbit Hole and the joke songs but I think the melodies are a bit forced, lyrics are uninspired (they at least make sense though compared to some shit Tom releases), the overuse of pick scrapes, na nas and woahs bug me too and are a bit too easy.
  23. This whole albums seems to be a progression from TOYPAJ not a progression from Untitled.
  24. he was super diplomatic there about that. I always thought Travis was a bit of a scumbag, but that was cool of him.
