When have they ever missed a show or cancelled before? This is highly unlikely
They cancelled all their scandinavian dates back in 2017 as well >: (
anyway I just managed to get not too expensive standing tickets after a week of them being «sold out» lol. I’ve been checking ticketmaster like ten times a day every day since. Very happy now

I haven’t really listened to it yet because I’ve been high on blink. Didn’t like their last album apart from a few songs so I’m not expecting much tbh. I still love them though. Have you listened?
Yeah I like it more than their last one. Strong lyrics, but the overall sound is not my favorite

I’m obsessed with this song. Matty’s voice is like crack especially this stripped back version. I have no idea what it’s about and can’t really point out why I love it so much it’s just a vibe
What do you think of their new record?

Glad they’re doing this. I love Nimrod.

I think it’s pretty all right!!

I’m excited to see if they even sell out the show in Norway. They’re not big here at all but playing at a 10k capacity venue. I don’t think tickets will be an issue but I might be wrong about it as well

Never thought I’d get to see either blink or TSSF. Having them both the same time, even without having to travel, is just surreal to me. Almost been too much good news at once to handle

Tough choice but I think I’ll say this is my fav
Love everything about this track. Perfect flow and upbeat/sad combo. Strong lyrics.

What song was this? I can’t open the video for some reason

I still think Neighborhoods is one of the best blink albums.

I find the song pretty cringe but I really like Willow’s singing in it

my friend messaged me awhile ago and asked me what part Mark Hoppus was playing in their song ‘Featuring Mark Hoppus’ lol.
Haha I was also confused first time I listened to it

Been through most of Hot Mulligan’s stuff now. Have yet to find ONE song I don’t like tbh.

Honestly maybe that band could really use some good drama to shake up their dynamics. They've gotten so stale and boring. Last truly decent album was 21st Century Breakdown and that was just a much weaker rehash of American Idiot. I used to love Green Day, they still put on a great live show, but I really don't feel like they can write great new music anymore.
I personally don’t think the drama has helped blink writing great new music either but that’s just my opinion. It helps keeping them interesting though

In a weird way it would kinda mirror Green Day in how Jason White was made an official member of the band, but only for the trilogy and then it was just the three of them again after (even though Jason still tours with them, that whole situation is strange when you think about it).
But I don’t think Jason ever considered himself as an official member though. He joined the recordings of the trilogy albums because they wanted more of a live sound on them + he’d already toured with them for a decade. He has explained in a podcast that he likes the anonymity and that he’ll always view GD as a three-piece. Never been much drama between the GD members (luckily!)

Lot’s of stuff, just never cared for the whiny vocal style. It’s grating.
Fair enough. It’s just that it’s so much complaining in this thread. If it’s not too nasal or whiny, it’s too poppy or too bland or too try-hard, too little personality or too blink-wannabe. Would be cool with some more suggestions instead

Saw these guys last night and it was just what I needed in my life right now. Amazing gig. I've fallen completely in love with them now
I’m gonna have this one on repeat for a while I’m sure
