I don’t think it couldn’t be weed, I just remember seeing the video and thinking “weird, I didn’t know Tom smoked cigarettes”. I smoked cigarettes for 15 years … it caught my eye, looked like a cigarette to me. I never smoke a lot a pot, but I’ve been around it my whole life. I’m not saying it wasn’t a joint, just didn’t look like a joint from what I remember on a seconds long video that I saw once years ago.

It’s legal in California and has been for a while, they wouldn’t shy away from the cameras with it. No reason to do so. I still think it was a cigarette though and I’m willing to bet on it.
