The only part that holds it back for me is the bridge..the guitars just seem ‘thin’ or something, and the stupid drums of course, I really don’t know what happened to Travis’ ability to play within the song but it’s like he feels he has to carry too much weight with blink now? Mark’s part is pretty cool here tho. I really think it’s one of Tom’s better choruses.

I really like how much of OMT plucks feels from old albums, you can hear some bits of all prior albums throughout, which I think many of us gave up on ever being a thing. I know I’ll get a lashing for this, but that was my exact thought as soon as I heard ‘Rebel Girl’ - “Wait, is Tom really going back to his roots?” And he definitely surprisingly did.
You can tell this was written by someone who truly hates Cheshire Cat.
And is nobody else going to call out that he just claimed Rebel Girl is Tom going back to his roots?? What? How? That makes ZERO sense. Not trying to be a dick but are we just making things up at this point?

Yea it’s a good album with some pretty good songs. Anthem Pt 3 is a banger. I agree YDKWYG is a major bore and I skip it every time. The album has a few skip tracks. It’s certainly not All Killer No Filler.

Dolly was a real one. A very talented musician who could play multiple instruments, and by all accounts a very sweet and genuine human being. She will be missed. Rest in peace Dolly!
