That's just because they're better. That doesn't make them not whiny post-prime blink emo pop-punk music. They're great though. Huge guilty pleasure is blasting their hits. Fine Great, Broken Cash Machine, The Weekend, Tears over Beers are top tier. Hop on over to Front Bottoms if you want something similarly great (better imo). And AJJ (more indie)

I kind of like Modern Baseball, Front Bottoms, and have heard a few Neck Deep songs didn’t hate. Love Story So Far. But overall yeah can never get into All Time Low or any of those type of bands. All Time Low is super confusing to me how they have a fanbase, even their hit song, it’s not catchy. I mean they made Blink sound like brutes.

MCR was overhyped but Helena and I’m Not Okay are certified hit classics. Bangers.

And Mark, Matt, and Travis somehow managed to be worse than all of them.

Honestly The Knife was pretty good, but the timing & using other band mates + Travis was pretty douchey. Spokesman, Here In Your Bedroom, and most of Hang Ups will always hold a place for though. Separate the art from the fartist (his blink era)
