  1. It's such a toss up with those two, but yes. They both have equal flaws I can think of, but also their prime stretch was a the pinnacle of the genre and were immense at that time.. Blink, Green Day, NFG, Offspring/Sum 41 has to be the Mt. Yellowcard only had one big song, the rest are too 'far off' the genre.
  2. Why stop there? Basically every band from that era except Blink, Neck Deep, Alkaline Trio got cringey for me. Randomly Goldfinger had that one good album, but it's Goldfinger, who cares. Green Day, Offspring, Sum 41, Fall Out Boy, list goes on..held on too long and didn't evolve at all into anything special and got cringe/identity criseses all around. To be fair, blink did too during California/Nine era.
  3. Creed genuinely turned into one of my favorite bands as of late lol. The guy is just a true rockstar at heart and plus he flew at the superbowl like an angel. The music is actually pretty freaking good despite not wanting to like it much.
  4. Offspring is by far the biggest drop off in history for me. They were so good during Smash, still solid during their pop punk era with Americana and such and fit in well. Now they are miserable and the worst band I've ever seen live - not because their performance, but their cringe cringe cringggeeeness. They are just so uncool now. But want to be so bad. Especially the whole "whats you're favorite song off the new Blink return record??" "uhhhh.. ah, *scoff* I don't know?" Cunts Fall Out Boy got really lame too but they were always a little closeted lame.
  5. I’m just here to say the amount of times “dude did you know Wes Borland is underrated though?” Has made him a little overrated?
  6. Yep, best gaming intro ever. Game was lit.
  7. Controversial take? I never liked Limp Bitzkit outside of that Rolling song because it was in this NHL game I played. I didn’t even know who Fred Durst was and am surprised how much people cared, documentaries and stuff, claiming satire genius now and such.
  8. Classic drunk and lazy Tom changing the setlist again.
  9. Song kicks ass, especially the chorus. The fact this guy sang All The Small Things for like 4 years is hilarious.
  10. It’s a studio song, not sure why they’re even trying play it verbatim live.
  11. More Than You Know has sound brutal from the get go, and the isolated tracks make everything sound 10X worse. I like the energy over Webster Dictionary Pronunciations personally. Let's move on.
  12. It sounds fine, you guys just need to step outside and get some fresh air. Or hug somebody. It’s just the crowd noise being removed.
  13. This was strange and very bipolar to read backwards. Took me a second.
  14. Normally I'd say douche, but I honestly get it. I'd be the same way if everyone was tagging/pinging me constantly and then getting salty because was autographed out for the day. People are so entitled.
  15. Diddy acts like it's this if they don't shred every note of guitar like it's 1999 and for club shows:
  16. Dance with me sounds better. Why does Edging continue to slap so hard live?
  17. This is so sad. And Dice lost the whole EA funding for Battlefront 3 because of 2's bad launch and they moved on ;( So sad. How do they fuck up a remaster so easily like this? I'm sure it's not easy to remaster old games and such, but look at THPS 1&2 was absolutely knocked out of the park (minus the no online deal..) and can't be THAT hard to redo OG battlefronts..? The game feels totally broken but I want to play it so bad.
  18. Bored to Death does just sound like a good +44 continuation the more I think about it/hear it. Especially this acoustic version, reminds me of +44 acoustic album.
  19. Fair, I won't take it any farther than that. But MGK does deserve a nod for Tickets reviving the genre a decade after its major exit from the top. MGK might be #3, maybe even #2 after Father of All Fuckers Green Day. Maybe #1? @One Tree Hill Jan
  20. These are blink 182 songs dude..at arenas. In their late 40s/50s. Not Eruption prime EVH. I'd be more disappointed if they were trying to be cool and only going solo channel or w.e and trying to prove some point at this stage. Let. it. go.
  21. NFG takes that over Offspring. Offspring might be the better band, but their best album was not a pop punk album but an Alt-rock album. NFG was pop-punk start to finish. I'm putting Yellowcard and Neck Deep up there with them too. Sum 41 had a hip hop gimmick..then a "oh we're so metal also" gimmick. Blink & Green Day were and still are just the best in that genre for a reason.
  22. Always liked these, got better as it went: The fact how good this sounded Country just shows how timeless this song is.
