  1. This remix makes Mark's remix of Hallucinations sound amazing
  2. I've made some comments on this thread about how I don't like Bang Bang. I take them back because the song has grown on me quite a bit. This is why music is great. You can love it but then eventually hate it, or you can hate it and eventually love it. It's not the best song by them, not even close. But it's good.
  3. Heard the new track last night, it's ok but I've completely forgotten what it sounds like apart from the typical Linkin Park chord progressions. So I get where the Linkin Park comparison comes from. I prefer the other track Sum 41 released about a month ago. Loved that one.
  4. I vote Carousel because it's the first blink-182 song. It's not my favourite song in this list but I don't think of it like that. Carousel is the start of the journey, anyone that hasn't heard blink wouldn't even imagine blink coming up with Feeling This & Ghosts like 10+ years later. Carousel is where it all begins. The start of a great band. It's a song that should forever remain on the live set list too.
  5. I tried to buy some shit off the UK store a while ago but the site closed down. Shame. Thought that was one of the projects he worked on that actually made decent money, kind of like Famous Stars & Straps. Only recently realised that Famous Stars is way bigger.
  6. Looks like a steaming pile of shit to me and I'm someone that likes some of his clothing lines, especially Macbeth stuff when he had that.
  7. I can't lie but this argument in person would be great to watch. Can totally imagine it. The STFU part would be classic too.
  8. I remember getting the album on it's release day. Feeling This was great. Loved Obvious and I Miss You as well. But then the weird drums kicked in on Violence and I just thought "what the hell?". Stockholm Syndrome made me even more confused. I didn't hate the album. I was confused. Couldn't make my own opinion on it. Feeling This, Obvious, I Miss You & Always were the songs I liked from the very beginning, the rest I just thought they were weird as hell. Fast forward to 2016, it's my favourite ever album. I love every song. Wouldn't change one thing about that album. It's literally perfect to me.
  9. I think both have the same level of quality. Had to pick Neighborhoods though. That at least has a few of my favourite songs. WDNTW has great ideas in every song but the songs either last way too long or have parts that aren't needed. Valkyrie Missile in the first minute has that pointless intro but when the song starts to kick in, it's fucking great. Outside of the first minute I love it. Distraction, I love the long build up but hate the rest of the song. Do It For Me Now could've been so great but the outro is so long. Adventure, its great until after the second chorus. There's only two songs I love all the way through and they're a Little's Enough & Start the Machine. Neighborhoods on the other hand, although the album is a bit of a mess at times, that's partly why I love some of the songs. The bridge of Ghosts is just noise, too much is going on, but for some reason I love it. Natives is great apart from the bridge. I love Up All Night. After Midnight is just a nice simple pop song which IMO could've been huge with the right promotion. Snake Charmer is fucking killer and so is Heart's All Gone. I love Wishing Well but the bridge could've been a little better. Kaleidoscope is one of my favourite ever songs. This is Home could've been a decent single but I don't like the lyrics of it. MH is too generic, LID is great apart from the lyrics. FTG is a complete clusterfuck of a song but that's why it's so good IMO. EIFS I don't like outside of the riff. Both albums are flawed. Both suffer from the same aspects. Hardly any of the songs feel or sound complete to me outside of 2-3 from both albums. Both needed to be worked on by the true blink-182, not the half assed blink-182 from 2009 and onwards. WDNTW had more potential than Neighborhoods but Neighborhoods has a couple of songs that just blow the majority of blink's catalogue out of the water, and for that reason alone, I had to vote Neighborhoods.
  10. Have they played After Midnight live with Skiba? Always loved hearing that live, even with Tom
  11. Definitely man, yeah I remember reading some interview where he said his movies aren't meant to be funny, but it's how the characters are. Django I found hilarious at times. The part in Basterds where the woman tries to explain how she broke her leg to Hans, who ends up laughing for like 30 seconds straight was great.
  12. Isn't Boys Don't Cry a live cover? I voted Another Girl, Another Planet
  13. There's so many things about Tarantino movies that stand out to me compared to most movies. The characters all act and talk like we do in person. Compare a Tom Cruise movie to a Tarantino one. In a Tom Cruise movie, nobody will talk about every day things we do in life. In a Tarantino movie, they talk about shit loads from cheeseburgers in France, foot massages or whatever.
  14. 1. Pulp Fiction 2. Django Unchained 3. Kill Bill Volume 1 & 2 4. Inglourious Basterds 5. Reservoir Dogs 6. Jackie Brown 7. Hateful Eight Never seen Death Proof, so I won't rank that one. Tarantino is my favourite director. Although I enjoyed Hateful Eight, I was disappointed. He could've done so much better. Jackie Brown is a very good movie to me but the others are just fucking classics.
  15. United fan here. I worry about Herrera. He's one of my favourite players. Such an underrated player and I have a feeling he's going to get benched after Pogba plays a couple of matches.
  16. I really wish Brohemian was a 2-3 minute song and not a joke song. The song would've been fucking killer.
  17. Pretty Little Girl is one of my favourite ever songs. Was so surprised that Tom could still write lyrics like that when it was released.
  18. WYHSB is fucking art. Easily the better album.
  19. I love punk rock but this song bores me. It isn't anything new, interesting, different or whatever. It's just dull. Prefer the experimental bands from the punk rock scene. If they just keep up with the same old sound, then I get bored like I have with Offspring.
  20. Kaleidoscope by far. When I first listened to the album, it was Wishing Well I fell in love with. Kaleidoscope was this strange song but it was solid. Since then, its grown on me. It's one of the best ever blink songs. I never understood the big deal about Even If She Falls. Apart from the riff, that song is boring IMO.
  21. IMO Sober makes Good Charlotte back in 2002 sound like a fantastic hardcore punk band. It's that trash but whatever. I made a California playlist and took out like 4-5 songs. So to me, it's now a very good album with 11-12 tracks.
  22. I had to make a playlist up of California songs. Sober never made the cut. All I hear when I listen to that song are fart noises, so it's shit to me. Los Angeles, Hey I'm Sorry, San Diego, Home is Such a Lonely Place and Left Alone are my favourites from this album, but had to go with Los Angeles as my number one.
  23. This was fucking difficult to decide, but Here's Your Letter got my vote. Violence, Feeling This, Obvious, All of This, Not Now, I'm Lost Without You, all special songs. Heck, the whole album is brilliant. But the line "DO YOU STILL FEEL THE SAME WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY?" just before the final chorus gets me every fucking time. Great song. Now I have to listen to it.
