It’s their darkest and angstiest album and a lot of fans say it’s their favorite. It’s great, im just saying least favorite because they don’t have any bad albums. But anyways, im really feeling the anger in this one these days. I have that album. 1 Quote

Untitled is a really underrated song on the album. But I love all their albums. 1 Quote

I know it gets a lot of love from so many of their fans, and Untitled is one I always skipped over. I’ll check It out again now, thanks for the recommendation! 1 Quote

I think a lot of fans who grew up with it (mid-90s) hold it dear because it was their entry point. Sometimes it's just because of that. The production gets some flak for being more mainstream rock polished compared to their more punk early stuff, but yeah it's definitely their darkest/angstiest era, and that darkness is also why so many call it their favorite. I discovered them in 2004 with Sex, Love & Rock 'n' Roll so that will always be my favorite album along with Mommy's Little Monster because it's the album I bought next. But just like you I love all their eras. 1 Quote

I definitely heard and listened to it before and im pretty sure they played it the last time I saw them live in July. They just have so many different eras, when I’m in the mood for Social D that’s just not one I put on. But that’s gonna change now. I think the slower build up of the song never kept my attention, but those last couple choruses are powerful. I need to start listening to more of your recommendations of things I haven’t listened to before lol. Im just lazy with a short attention span 🫡 1 Quote
thongrider Posted February 8 Posted February 8 First one I got was Greatest Hits. I still can't believe that album was re-recorded. Songs all sound identical to me. Then I got Mommy's Little Monster. Quote
twelve Posted February 14 Posted February 14 Woke up really early today. Listened to this 1984 Soda Stereo (Argentine band) album on my headphones. 1 Quote
