dildo69er Posted September 10, 2007 Author Posted September 10, 2007 yeah i play basically blink style with maybe a bit harder rock aswell Quote
CrackedSkye Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 yeah i play basically blink style with maybe a bit harder rock aswell o for blink you might not like the satch peavey but with that budget you can look around at different styles at your local guitar shop dont only think about brand name either, just cause its not a marshall or mesa doesnt mean it is not good try out the peavey valveking. Its a very versatile and can do the pop punk thing, but has enough power for the heavier stuff. I played the combo and it was great, very versatile and I think would suit your style perfectly, but I heard the half stack is better (more headroom so it doesnt break up as early). Quote
Benjirob Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 i'd reccomend a peavey valveking or a randall if its gonna be more heavier Quote
Chinomaster182 Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 i'd reccomend a peavey valveking or a randall if its gonna be more heavier With that budget? No way. I recommend the Orange Rocker 30 for OD and such, the 30 watts WILL be enough for gigging. Quote
Chinomaster182 Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 I recommend a used Marshall JCM800 then. Quote
CrackedSkye Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 I recommend a used Marshall JCM800 then. hard for hard rock though Quote
