Low Value Boy
I think the whole thing is farcical, it's too based on what you achieve as a player with a team rather than individual performances. Both Messi and Ronaldo are on a steady decline but to me it still feels like there is no new young player breaking through that is truly ready to take the mantle as the best player in the world for years to come. I feel like Mbappe has stalled a bin the last year or so, Haaland looks great but seems to get injured a little bit and probably needs a move to a elite club to fulfil his undoubted potential. Salah is the best in the world for sure currently but is 30 soon so can see him starting to decline in the next couple of years. 1. Salah 2. Lewandowski 3. Rice 😏

Rice 😏 Yeah i think people thought it would be Neymar - but he's nowhere near anymore. For me, Pedri has the potential, but he's only 18 - will have to see in a few years. He's in that Scholes, Pirlo, Xavi & Inesta mold.
Roux
vintage Ronaldo tbh - the way he sat players down was ridiculous.
Scott.
Ronaldo is unreal for 36. He worked harder than Rashford last night
Low Value Boy
Absolute cracker of a game last night, really enjoyed it. Fred in that first half was an absolute joke, sure he got the assist but he could barely control/pass the ball and then wipes out De Gea for the first goal (although De Gea 100% needed to man the fuck up there)
Roux
I didn't think it was a great game tbh - thought United were okay and Arsenal really poor. Both sides giving away cheap possession. Fred was poor for the first 20mins then bossed the game - feels like he's doing the work of 2 men at times. Telles is a player - much better the Shaw and first time I've ever seen Dalot have a good game. I thought De Gea got what he deserved for trying to cheat tbh. Low Value Boy
What a fucking win, I really thought we were gonna start sliding down the table but hopefully today can give us the little boost we need!

Scott.
Arsenal were shite last night, that first half was painful to watch. They have zero creativity without Smith Rowe. United I thought were good against Palace, only 1-0 but should have been more, we’re still rushing things in the final third but the major difference for me was it was pretty comfortable, I can’t remember the last United game I watched and felt like we were in control and were safe. The first half hour was brilliant, felt like we tired a little after that but still really impressed to think Ralf had one training session with the side and there was a big difference already. I hope we go in for a midfielder in Jan.
Roux
Arteta is always on the edge - just when you think he's gonna get the chop he picks up a win. They were shite last night and against us. Partey, Pepe, Aubameyang look like Championship players. 4 hours ago, Scott. said: United I thought were good against Palace, only 1-0 but should have been more, we’re still rushing things in the final third but the major difference for me was it was pretty comfortable, I can’t remember the last United game I watched and felt like we were in control and were safe. Probably a unpopular opinion, but Telles is a better all round player than Shaw, very happy he's in the team. Dalot has been fantastic too - never rated him at all, but he's look great the past few games. Ralf is doing and saying all the right things - hope we can put a decent run together now. Roux
Never thought I'd see the day when Memphis Depay would be Barca's star man. Seems like yesterday when they had world class players in every position. They are fucked. this is a great watch btw:

I haven’t really looked into it I’m to lazy so explain it to me like I’m 5 years old Basically fans and some Ex FA members want an independent group to regulate who can buy clubs, monitor finances (to stop clubs going into debt/liquidation/administration) etc - overall make the entire English league more sustainable. The FA are doing a piss poor job and are making lots of money without really doing much for the game - things like parachute payments don't work, lack of diversity and a huge disconnect with supporters. Here is the manifesto: Create a new regulatory body for football that is independent of the current structure of the game Decide on new ways of distributing funds to the wider game based on a funding formula and a fair levy payable by the Premier League Set up a new and comprehensive licencing system for the professional game Review causes of financial stress in the English Football League, including parachute payments and salary caps Implement governance reforms at the FA which are essential to ensure it is truly independent, diverse and representative of English football today Liaise with supporters' organisations Learn lessons from abroad and champion supporter involvement in the running of clubs

Elisa
He is amazing. I have to work this weekend and yesterday I couldn't watch the game, but I was shocked at the back to back notifications of the game starting and him scoring.
