I was going to post this yesterday.  it's not them.  We've all been fighting over it on AP.

The picture seems inconclusive to me as to wheather it's them or not. It sure as hell doesn't look like Mark. Although it could be a bad picture of him. Obviously the mannerisms and the way he's dressed indicate it's him.

"Travis" is to far away to tell, however if you notice the drums, there is no way Travis would be seen playing that piece of shit in this day in age.

So either it's a still from 1999 or something, or it's not real. At least that's what I think.

I mean it's awesome they're on the cover but it's pretty pointless...

A) It's a really old picture or pictures photo shopped together.

They're not on Warped Tour and haven't been in almost a decade.

Yep after seeeing that stuff, it's them. From 1999. But it is a shitty ass picture. It looks nothing like him and Tom is missing.

odd that they'd use such an old pic from a band not even on the warped tour, but I have a few hypothesis as to why they're on it.

Its cuz they're back, and the warped tour was a big part of their earlier career/likewise blink was a big part of the earlier warped tour shows.  And perhaps they'll have an unreleased live recording from back when blink were on the warped tour on the comp.

Or, the warped tour paid big money to get Up All Night on their comp in hopes of making more money in turn on the warped tour comp.  I wouldn't dismiss this possibility, though it does seem a bit unlikely, I'm not denying that.

Or, they just hope they'll sell more of the cd by having a great band on the cover even though for some reason they dont appear on the comp.

I hope its not the last case but rather the second case, though honestly I could see each of these 3 possibilities happening.

lol of course its them. no doubt. thats also exactly the drumset travis used to play at that time + the way he used to have it set up. then theres the amps, the shirtless skinny drummer, the shoes mark used to wear back then and his haircut. but i admit the way he stares into the distance looks little like mark
