radikal
nah, like i said, its someones mock up most likely. the screen is supposed to be similar to that, but i bet they will keep the clam shell look. or it could be just one unit, no folding screen, more like a psp. i wonder if someone heard about rumored features and made a computer rendered version or something, i also wonder if its an early design of what they thought may work
Meltdown Tracker
Biggest, and most embarrassing fails of previous E3s: http://blogs.ocweekly.com/heardmentality/video-games---humor/five-most-embarassing-e3-momen/ I think Sony's 2006 press conference is why I didn't buy a PS3, that was right around the launch of Xbox 360 and Sony made themselves look like such tools, but it's hilarious. So many of these bring back good memories though. I've been watching E3 every year since like grade 11, and it's moments like these that make it worth it (aside from seeing the great games and technology). #1 is painful to watch, such a plug haha. radikal
Of course, there are a few that look VERY much like mock ups

There were a few other hilarious moments, like when they bragged about Genji having "real time weapon switching" as if other games don't let you switch weapons in game. And the fact that the douche said "famous battles which actually took place in ancient Japan....so here's this giant enemy crab." makes me lol so fucking hard. Meltdown Tracker
Rumour has it that Hulu is coming to Xbox Live. If it's true, we're probably going to hear about it at E3.

Not sure how they'd pull it off though. They couldn't give Gordon any lines!
radikal
Wondering if Natal is a bust, I read that if it is, they are working on the next thing. I also JUST read that the Nintendo 3DS will have graphics as good as 360 or ps3, DOUBTFUL, but I guess ya never know, BOTH are rumors from kotaku
Prusty
Wondering if Natal is a bust, I read that if it is, they are working on the next thing. I also JUST read that the Nintendo 3DS will have graphics as good as 360 or ps3, DOUBTFUL, but I guess ya never know, BOTH are rumors from kotaku I think Natal is a gimmick, kind of like 3D movies. It seems good on paper but when I think about the fact that if you want to play a majority of the games, you have to be standing up. I'm sure it's great for casuals, but I play games almost all night after a days work. The last thing I want to do is jump around my loungeroom for 5 hours pretending I'm playing tennis. I'll stick to the Wii thanks. Drivng games could be the fucking shit though. Also, the Nintendo 3DS thing is a rumor. Nintendo never were the guys to worry about graphics, so if it's the case, it'll be surprising. Only reason I'd buy one was if the next Monster Hunter game was on it but I already know that's on PSP. Meltdown Tracker
There are only a few reasons why I think Natal will be worth buying. First off, it has the 360's horsepower to back it up - that alone makes it more appealing to me than the Wii. Secondly, it has quite a few talented developers working with it. Rare and Lionhead Studios should be able to pump out quality games. And finally, scanning objects like skateboards is a great idea. Although it might be a pipe dream, if I can scan my hockey stick and play future games of NHL by using my stick, I'm going to be a huge force on Xbox Live. I think the possibilities with 3D gaming and Natal seem pretty endless, but then again, most developers never utilize the technology properly. Meltdown Tracker
No joke! There's an advert on console tribe from xbox 360, it's a xbox 360 slim with 250 gb hd and wifi integrated. Also the project natal is named "Kinect". the url is http://www.console-tribe.com/ Epic fail from microsoft. http://img822.imageshack.us/i/img2h.jpg/ http://img12.imageshack.us/i/img1wc.jpg/ By xploreredfusion
M!ke
It has begun, what are you most looking forward to? personally, I can't wait to learn about the 3DS and Zelda Wii. If the Goldeneye remake is truly happening, I can't wait for that either. More info on Rock Band 3 will be baller as well. Last night it was revealed that project natal is officially called Kinect, and the demo put on was considered very unimpressive. Meanwhile, some reports got time in with playstation's move, and all seem to be reporting that its surprisingly awesome especially for Socom 4. A rumor is that Nintendo will unveil an add-on that boosts the wii's graphics to that of the 360, and puts a large focus on a massive online community. Cool if true, but I'm not holding my breath.
