This makes no sense. A Fairly odd parents live action film...

This straight-to-television movie centers on Timmy Turner (Drake Bell, Drake and Josh), but unlike the series, Timmy is no longer a 10-year-old boy — he is 23, still lives at home and still attends the 5th grade! Timmy’s arrested development stems from his desire to keep his beloved fairy godparents, Cosmo (Jason Alexander, Seinfeld, as live-action Cosmo and Daran Norris, The Fairly OddParents, as animated Cosmo) and Wanda (Cheryl Hines, Curb Your Enthusiasm, as live-action Wanda and Susanne Blakeslee, The Fairly OddParents, as animated Wanda), because "Da Rules" dictates that godchildren lose their fairies when they grow up. But when Tootie, (Daniella Monet, Victorious) a nerdy girl who has always had a crush on Timmy, returns to town a beautiful woman, Timmy finds himself having very adult feelings for her. He must decide whether to grow up and be with the woman he loves, or continue acting like a child to keep the fairy godparents he adores. In the meantime, Hugh J. Magnate (Steven Weber, Wings, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, The Shining, Masters of Horror: Jenifer), a larger than life oil tycoon, turns his attention to capturing Timmy’s fairies and using their power to fuel his maniacal ambition.

The live-action versions of Cosmo and Wanda will only be appearing for a few scenes, where they will be playing the role of being disguised as human waiters. The rest of the time, they will be animated.[2] Also, according to an interview with Butch Hartman, this is not the finale of The Fairly OddParents as none has been planned at this time, but rather he says that it is a "new beginning" and will be left "open for a sequel".[3] This suggests that the time frame when the movie takes place will be revisited again in another movie or episode, but no sequels have been officially announced yet. As of 2010, there are only a handful of Fairly OddParents episodes left besides the movie until the show is out of production.

The story itself Timmy being an adult that is still a child and seeing the adult Tootie and having to choose between her and keeping his fairy god parents isn't bad at all.  but the fact that its live action is what makes zero sense.  This could easily be an animated tv film, but to make it live action is just really confusing.
