uknowmeitsmattp
Wow, glad I was on Facebook! I was viewing the page source to figure out WTF the deal was, I could see the lyrics and the link to the song but it wouldn't play... possibly mass traffic issue. Finally got it though. First impressions... fast, not really old-blink style, but VERY +44.

bart.
I'm gonna call it: the album will be full of compromises. "Hmkay Tom, you can do a spacey song about love or whatevs, I'll just make some fast punk rock like we used to do and like I used to do In +44." Really, Up All Night seems like it was mostly Tom and this song has Mark written all over it. I love the song by the way, compared to Up All Night it is way better imo. Fishguts182
lyrics heart's all gone: take off the gloves we fell in love by the side of the road this desert will break you down the veins you cut your smoking tongue is the end of us all but you only care about fame and fortune watching others tortured casting your reflection grocery store perfection this is the last time sent to the front line with dirty boots on the ground you said i'll make this all mine you seemed so sweet at the start but the start's all wrong you say you speak from your heart but your heart's all gone blackjack and architect let's drink ourselves to death the crimes of everyone passed down from father to son hopeless and destitute destroyed my gratitude your strongest lines of defense are all just self-inflicted wounds

Did anyone notice the ending is really similar to the ending of When Your Heart Stops Beating?

n i k u
ill def say the breakdown or whatever into the outro chorus reminds me of +44, but its got a dude ranch feel to it. specially the chorus. i love how this website just repeats the song on its own too
