Thanks davey, you're the man and you're a legend! By the way, I don't think it was discussed in the 182 podcast with Ryan but I thought it might be a shot in asking anyway! Did Mark or any of the rest of the band ever spoke about that original Josie music video with you ? You were obviously in the high school video but I always wondered about this

Do you have a link to the actual ad? I remember seeing and ad of the master audio cassette tape sold on eBay but that was two years ago or so. It was sold by a guy who worked at the radio station that broadcasted the show live.

dysenterydanny
Couple of corrections for 2020: A co-headlining tour with the Used is shelved, and little Blink news surfaces. 4/2/2020: News of a summer tour, co-headlining with the Used, leaks. The trek is postponed due to COVID-19. The Used would have definitely been an opener/support for blink, not a co-headliner. 7/28/2020: The band were scheduled to perform at American Family Insurance Amphitheater in Milwaukee, Wiconsin as a part of Summerfest. The date on this was 6/28/2020.
Thibaut182
found much better picture for this show's poster, ticket stub as well as some reviews for this show : 9/26/1997: The band performs at The Metro in Chicago, Illinois. Other bands include Less Than Jake, Frenzal Rhomb, and Hoarse. Anthony Dunleavy : I was at this as it was my 1st ltj show. blink had a 40 min set and about 35 of it was dick and fart jokes a.d they were terrible. I believe Buddy addressed the crowd at metro after frenzal rhomb set since crowd was hitting them with spare change from the crowd. Regardless, it was an amazing show, still have the stub and the "race around Uranus tour" stickers they were giving out. Peter Gulatto : This was the first show i was allowed to see out of town. Such a great memory. Chris Conaton : This was my first time seeing Less Than Jake headline, at the Clutch Cargo’s show in Pontiac (Detroit). It was a great show, back when “Dammit” was blink’s big song. Doors opened at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon because the venue wasn’t willing to give up their Saturday night dance club event, so the show had to wrap up before 10:00 pm. Also, Hoarse was great. Which reminds me that I own albums from Hoarse, Horse the Band, and Band of Horses. found review for this show : 10/9/1997: The band performs at The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia. Other bands include Less Than Jake and Frenzal Rhomb. George Broyer : Saw this tour at the Masquerade in Atlanta. Still one of my fave shows to this day. Tom from Blink was hanging out outside before the show just chatting with people. found more information regarding this show according to an attendee as well as the ticket stub : 10/5/1997: The band performs at Trocadero in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Other bands include Less Than Jake, Frenzal Rhomb and Bigwig. Bob Guertin : Saw this tour at The Trocadero in Philly. Bigwig opened. found cut-out poster for this show : 9/23/1997: The band performs at Pomp Room in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Other bands include Less Than Jake, Frenzal Rhomb and local act The Skammunists. found more information regarding this show : 9/30/1997: The band performs at Club Laga in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Other bands include Less Than Jake, Frenzal Rhomb and the Cherry Poppin' Daddies. Kristopher Kellogg : Saw this at club laga Pittsburgh but had Cherry Poppin Daddy’s 9/20/1997: The band performs at Bricks in Salt Lake City, Utah. luisbootlegs
Here's a correction for this timeline entry:4/3/1998: The band performs at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Crystal Mountain, Washington. Audio 1, Audio 2, Audio 3, Scott interview The date is incorrect. The interview featuring Scott was recorded in Canada in March 1996 during the Sno-Jam Tour '96. Should be removed. FYI @boxelder @Thibaut182 Here's a pic of Rick DeVoe with Mark and Scott from that same tour:
