Blink has been announced in a "podcast" (its in German) https://www.facebook.com/hurricanefestival/ . Official announcement at 12:00 Quote
Low Value Boy Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Hope they do some actual UK dates rather than just festivals. The fact they always play Reading/Leeds here which is end of August and these days are mid to late June gives me some hope. Unless they're playing Download? unlikely but they seem to have a few pop[ punk bands there every year. Quote

They're rumoured to headline R&L again but that means it'll have only been three years since they last did it. However that's not unlike R&L these days. Quote
Kay Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 If they only play Reading and Leeds then that seals the coffin on the chance of me ever seeing them really. Also screw Download. I don't see why they go festivals only - back in 2004 they played bloody Cardiff. come on boys! Quote
Chewy030 Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 How the fuck does System of a down still headline? They haven't put out new music in 10 plus years... Quote
Loudernow Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Spending my first three weeks in June in California and then straight back home to see blink at Southside Festival. Fuck yeah, could life be even better? I also hope they add a show in Switzerland Quote

Ghost Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Fuck festivals. Not a chance I'd go to pay an overpriced ticket for a day in a fest to see only blink. Just no. I hope there are just stand-alone dates. Quote
ManchesterAdam Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Hope this means they'll do the UK Download!! Quote
