Cheerios4u98
I have personally used Autotune during live performances (yeah I'm a cheater I know). So yes, it is possible.
Cheerios4u98
Whoa I don't think I've ever heard a decent ava live vidI think this AVA live video one of Tom's best performances ever. Ironically, not AVA songs. Haha>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j32dzHqBh_M&feature=youtu.be
dildo69er
Acoustic is easier
Cheerios4u98
In my experience electric is easier because all the other loud sounds and distortion cover up your vocal mistakes more. With acoustic your voice is more exposed and the imperfections become much more obvious. Though maybe because of that Tom put extra effort into the acoustic performance. Come to think of it he sounded pretty good in the blink acoustic performances from the other year too.The thing is, Tom can sound good. He just chooses not to I guess, which is frustrating. Solace
Tom: "Hmm, should I kill it at this performance? Nahhh better not, better sound fucking awful because....well for reasons..."
Cheerios4u98
I don't think he consciously chooses to sound bad, I just think he doesn't care about trying to sound good, if that even makes sense...
decisions
Don't most people say that he drinks to calm his post-addiction social anxiety before shows? Which screws up his singing most of the time?
One Eight Two
>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22STEK2iNmc This video is some funny shit. You can clearly see they really can't stand this song anymore. They have fun during the bridge, which is fantastic.

Zoltan
bands (not just blink) should clean out their boring hits from their main set and use those songs as encore only.i mean, the encore part should be a real encore, not just the planned ending of the shows.in the first hour of the show they should play what they want to play (an album in full or 15 random songs), then listen to the crowd, and play those overplayed, boring songs if the crowd ask for those. Jane
Maybe it was edited on tv. Well, I'm defo no expert, but how would they be able to turn a slurring into a singing performance?

horchata
You can absolutely do live pitch correction / auto tune. Antares makes a damn good version that is made for live corrections
thongrider
I can't think of anything sadder than going to hear Blink and not getting to hear All the small things.

Ghent
Blink won't be doing shit until AVA wraps up this new album and tour. It's dumb to cram blink in between AVA crap.
