Patient #48273
Okay, that makes sense.
Champ182
I don't know guys, he has done a lot of stupid fucking stuff lately but he could have EASILY just sold all this shit and kept the money. It's his! But... He's giving some to charity that's a good thing!
Patient #48273
It's fine to sell stuff and keep the money to finance future bullshit projects. It's not fine to make yourself seem like a more generous person than you actually are by saying some proceeds (probably not much) are going to charity. If it's less than like 75%, just don't mention charity and donate quietly without looking for pats on the back.
BobbyCuomo
I think 20% is enough to advertise that a portion goes to charity. I just worry its well under 20%.
Chewy030
Christ most of it's sold out already. fucking sheep. i expect Leo bought it all
theedge00
Leo probably donated 3 liters of his blood to get those guitars.
Patient #48273
He would have had to sell some organs to get anywhere close to that kind of money.
thongrider
He would have had to sell some organs to get anywhere close to that kind of money. But Tom plays the guitar, so doesn't guitars make more sense?
Patient #48273
No. Leo moved past his Bach obsession and now he's selling all those spare organs so he can afford to support his Delonge lifestyle.
Melty Mark
Even Leo thinks it's horse shit

NotNow
When you lose Leo, you know you've lost your fans and no one cares about you anymore.
Dirty Sanchez
Someone keeps removing Matt Skiba as a list of blink-182 members on the blink Wikipedia page. I think it's evidently clear that he is in the band. Not sure what they are accomplishing by doing that.
BobbyCuomo
It's probably Tom
Melty Mark
Glowing by the light of his computer monitor in a dark room, he fitfully switches back and forth from the auction to the wikipedia page. "God *dammit*" he mumbles, furiously slamming the backspace key until "Matt Skiba" is wiped clean from blink history.
darkarrow
I think 20% is enough to advertise that a portion goes to charity. I just worry its well under 20%. Not really. It's just pretending to be generous. I'd say it should be at least 50% before you start bragging about it.
Freestyleskater182
Honestly yeah, giving 20 percent to charity is probably largely a marketing thing. People are more likely to buy if they feel they are supporting a good cause. Who cares though? That also doesnt make it wrong, even if Tom doesnt care about the charity he is still helping a good cause so its a win win. Once again...if people are willing to pay that much thats there choice.
