It feels like a blink ago, no pun intended.

Literally feels life has not stopped flying since that album.

The pun was definitely intended, as no one ever says “It feels like a blink ago”.

Oh, Milk's back.

But no, I literally was thinking back to that album and life since has felt like a blink.

Aren’t you like, late 20s? Weren’t you a kid when the record came out?

like I know time flies or whatever but I was literally 14 when that record dropped, I wouldn’t categorise my entire adult life as a “blink”

Don’t let ‘em bring you down @Funko Pop Sales. A wise man named Mike Ness once wrote “close your eyes (blink) and it’s passed, story of my liiifeeee.” I feel what you’re spitting dawg.

I’m not trying to give him a hard time, for the record.

Ten bucks says I can break Faplord enough to make him whinge for another 10 pages and call me a Republican again!

I'm resisting the urge to ask him if he only knows Social Distortion from Guitar Hero.

Yeah pretty sure I’m the same age as Jan and I don’t consider the majority of my high school years and entire adult life thus far as a “blink”

Okay? Then don't. What a bunch of negative wankers.

I'm 30. I was 15 when it came out. Life since high school started has essentially been a BLINK.

Good for you though.

One more blink and she’ll be asking “what’s my age again?” on account of the dementia!

No pun intended, of course!

That's great man.  I've lived a pretty busy life since high school began and it's crazy to think it'll be 20 years soon since that record came out.

I didn't think I needed to elaborate on such an apparent controversial take, but for me life was substantially slower prior because summers were essentially fully free as a kid, around when Enema and TOYPAJ came out, life felt like a glorious crawl listening to those albums through it.  Self Titled came out when I first started working summers, then school + work/moving, then adult life.

I can't believe I'm even responding to these trolls.

I remember when I discovered Social Distortion, middle school was a hoot!

Never played guitar hero, that’s a lame game. I didn’t even know they were in it

I know you’re just being a douche on purpose and that’s fine, but Social D isn’t middle school music. It’s grown people music, unlike the bulk of shit people bring up around here. Carry on.

Wow. Settle down Diddy no need for an extended over the top response. I was simply saying my experience has been different to yours. You can have yours. I can have mine.
