i tought the tree thing was a joke because of how rediculus it is

but since its true, its a continuity of their nonsense, completely disconnected from reality, and taking 3 years to make a record that takes 4 months for most band of same musical style

i wonder if that neibhorgh switch radio chanel quick when she hears ALL THE SMALL THINGS come up loll

my sympathie to her

mark as turned into this whiny old un-kool person, some ppl just rot as they grow old

I get it sucks that they have lost some of their views but he is suing the neighbor for damages. What damages? Lol

I haven’t looked at any of it, but my first assumption would be loss of use and enjoyment of his land/view which is obviously impossible to quantify and likely not much, but is still a valid head of damage. Guessing his lawsuit is on the legal basis of nuisance?

I was having a bit of a laugh about this the other day. Depending on where he resides though, there’s very high winds from the Santa Ana’s which could mean damage if the tree fell. That said, it’s been made clear it’s more about the aesthetics. With Home Owners Associations being a thing, I have seen a lot of legit/petty battles between neighbors and HOA reps

I never got around to watching the last season of crazy ex girlfriend and I don't even know why, but I loved that show.

It's a good season, but my favorite will always be the second.

Hello everybody! Long time lurker, first time poster. My real name is Tomithy, which is why my friends call me TimTom. Born and raised in Idaho, been a blink fan since 2003. My favorite song is All the Small Things. I was going wait until the new album came out to join but it’s taking longer than I expected. I look forward to “meeting” some of you!
