The clues add up IF that whiteboard actually says Dance With Me, but the way Travis phrased that tweet still makes me wonder if he's talking about a NEW BCR idea that they had recently. I swear I remember them talking about that before Tom was even back in the band...

They were. It was around the time Tom did an interview for Travis’ documentary, Tom was tweeting how they were planning on making new BCR music together.

Anyone ever thought that the intro to Heaven by Bryan Adams sounds a lot like Dammit?

Lol wow. Never thought that, but just listened and I can hear what you mean. Blink ripped off Bryan Adams!

This story is pretty fascinating:

Didn’t Mark say there was nothing they could do about the ticket prices? Kind of poetic that his idol has proven him wrong. Mark kind of comes off as a bit of a sell out/shill with how he addressed this issue and in comparison to the Cure (it’s not unique to Blink, but don’t come out and say there’s nothing you could have done).

I think it’s a situation where the truth lies somewhere in between. I imagine blinks production budget is more than the Cure, and that contributes to the cost, but if they really wanted to push the issue the costs could have come down. They used dynamic pricing iirc, which imo doesn’t do much other than hurt the fan more than deter a scalper (both just have to pay out the ass now). He did seem to clam up or get defensive about the issue

To be fair, Robert Smith is doing A LOT right now.  That's a bit above and beyond to force meetings with Ticketmaster to call out their bullshit.  More could, yes, but it definitely doesn't seem like a cake walk to deal with their system.

Also, fuck yeah Robert Smith.
