A Buffalo NY date popped up with Alk3/blink playing. Rumor that there are some Alk3/blink tour dates that will be filling in around their festival schedule in the Fall.

Yea this is cool. I noticed in the past one of those dudes had a signature Tom Delonge Starcaster in the background so I figured he was obviously a blink fan.

they have to please the ppl who pay who knows how much for the ticket and are mostly there to hear all the small things and the other bigger hits

blink doesnt have the sort of crowd that they can pull off a "radio head" to and not play any hits wont be accepted, would be mega akward

This is such a tired excuse though…why? What are you saying about blink’s fans?

Yeah, this is not true at all. When they played Apple Shampoo out of nowhere in 2013, the crowd went crazy. When they played the little acoustic set in 2012 with Give Me One Good Reason and M+M’s, everyone was singing along. When they played Easy Target at my show in 2014, people started moshing.

They can afford to play 2 or even 3 deep cuts, their fans in the audience are not a bunch of stupid people who don’t know shit about the band they’re seeing live, they would love it, but Mark doesn’t want to.

They just need to drop the lame "fan favorites" they do every show. Casuals dont know those songs and a real fan would probably want to listen to something they haven't done in a while instead of the same old shit.

This tour with alk3 will be the third with Tom back in the fold in a matter of years. 

The people coming to see them for a 2nd-3rd time since the reunion are likely more than casual fans of the band. With the ticket prices the way they are, it wouldn't hurt to fucking throw them a bone with some deep cuts mixed in or rotated..... 

That said, it's blink, and we know how it'll go.

I still can’t believe that they’re touring again with a pretty large slate of dates. Tom really must’ve made a huge change in his life to agreeing to being on the road this much, because I know he hated it for so long. It’s honestly great to see them so active
