Was wondering why Coight quoted that and tagged you 🤣

Ghent has asked me to ensure he sees every instance of men’s feet once they are posted. Just doing my duty 🫡

Hilary Duff gives a nod and pays hommage to the song "Dammit" in her new song "Growing Up" from her new album that just came out today

And it'll happen once again

I'll turn to you, friend

'Cause I know you'll understand

You will until the end

And when everybody's gone

They got busy and moved on

We'll face it on our own

And I guess this is growing up

I guess this is growing up

well im giving her a nod back always enjoyed her great music and nice smile (back then)

blink-182 have announced that they will not be playing any additional shows in 2026. The news came during their appearance at Innings Festival in Tempe, AZ last night — their first live performance of the year — where bassist Mark Hoppus told the crowd: “This is our only show this whole year so welcome to it.”

Them starting to work and record a new album.

Got my AAA yesterday and I'm 2942/3000😔

I listened to AAA EOTS twice and also the CD version from 1999 in between. It's not a revelation, but man the compression is gone and you can single out things like Travis' drumming a lot better. Some sound-effects are definitely easier to hear and isolated more, like the one on Mutt (it's like a bang that happens twice). I could see somebody preferring the CD version because it seems designed a bit to be all on top of each other and hides I think a few shortcomings i.e. the vocals and since the sounds are more on top of each other. Tom & Mark's singing on the record is at times very ...poppy? They sound obviously layered and goofy but you're hearing it much more pronounced and less buried in the mix which is a bit jarring. It's always been like that but you hear it much more clearly and you can tell they were trying to make a POP-punk record with vocals to sell it with effects and all. If you prefer the Mark, Tom, and Travis Show version of the songs, this might be a reason as they have a looser, rougher touch. I do wonder if that was them trying to make a somewhat of a re-imaging of that record with a more traditional blink sound from the get-go. But overall it sounds great, way more dynamic, and doesn't feel like any real liberties were taken. However my gf thought Mark was singing "I wish it didn't have to pee so bad" on Wendy Clear 🤨. I think there's just this weird higher vocal pitch they were going for that TOYPAJ abandoned (thankfully). It's still the record you've always known and for my money, the best way to listen to it. The quality of the packaging is better than a typical blink pressing and it came with a record of authenticity, so heh. The two biggest upgrades for me were Adam's Song (even prettier and more potent) and Anthem (Tom's vocals here are actually great and used well on here).

If you have any interest in blink-182 on vinyl, I say pick it up while you can. Enema is already a well made record (I believe it was all on tape, then fed to protools for correcting/effects) and a total re-working/mix of it would be hard to achieve ... and that's if anyone in the blink camp thinks it could be made better (with Jerry gone, nah). A more distorted/layered affair would be interesting but I think it would require a total re-imagining of the record, maybe using out-takes etc. I have to assume Dude Ranch or Box Car Racer will come, and my goodness, I will be buying that too.

lol for years ive always said it could be “I wish I didn’t have to pee so bad.” I haven’t delved in to this yet as it came in the mail just before work the other day. I listened to dumpweed real quick but with not enough attention to listen to the details. I plan on rocking it all this weekend. I got copy 312/3000.
