Even Scott kills it a bit in this, at 2:52 mark.

it's travis. this is an outtake from the enema demo sessions recorded at DML studios in escondido in 1998 (the original version of man overboard is also an outtake from these sessions, with partial lyrics). these sessions leaked onto napster in 1999–2000, and made their way to kazaa after that. the only source is lossy, from an audio cassette.

it's not an instrumental persay; vocals were just not recorded. i'm unaware if lyrics were actually written.

@Alf in the future, you might want to consider using the multi-quote button instead of posting 100 times in a row.

was just going to post the same thing.

You also might want to consider not replying to every single post in your threads.  Please.

Sure thing, people seem to hate being replied to here I guess then. :)

Cool, you might want to chill out. ;)

You're still doing it, so I assume this is lack of comprehension on your part.

I'm trying to work out whether Alf is a real person or not.

Depends on your stance on 17-year-olds.

Yo thanks for the info man, did not know that!!! :)

I've been thinking of writing some lyrics for it and covering the song- maybe I'll post it here if it ever comes of anything.

You can hear it clearly on the recording as well.
1. Scott was never this tight or this skilled - he was super sloppy
2. The hard tuning of the snare, the piccolo sound
3. In the bridge you have the patented Travis fills/style when he goes from a roll on the hihat to the bell on the ride

Well I have to disagree with the Scott not being tight or skilled- I mean have you even heard him play?  Dude's like a machine, super tight, super skilled, and when he loses his stick it's like he never lost it.
