man there are way more than ten... ask me tomorrow and the list will be different.
i can't rank either. in order of band's founding:

the beach boys - pet sounds

the descendents - everything sucks

REM - reckoning

bad religion - no control

NOFX - so long and thanks for all the shoes

the offspring - smash

blink - dude ranch

weezer - pinkerton

jimmy eat world - clarity

motion city soundtrack - commit this to memory

edited: so there is only one release per band.

edited again: i can't have just ten!

hey mercedes - loses control

it came on today and yea, that's in my perfect 10 category. so many others would do the same... the get up kids - something to write home about, face to face - big choice, lagwagon - hoss, strung out - suburban teenage wasteland blues, microwave - much love...

Pearl Jam - Ten

ten is boss. btw, it's curious to me @Scott., and i'm not judging anyone's music choices, but it's curious to me how different people's approaches are to blink's  discography based on whether they are more of a mainstream / alternative rock music fan or a punk fan. there is sort of a venn diagram of those two groups and blink is where they overlap.

Blink 182 - Self Titled

Taking Back Sunday - Tidal Waves

+ 44 - WYHSB

Metallica - Hardwired

I don't necessarily think these are their best albums but I do find them to be near perfect start to finish.. tried to keep it more modern. Really hard though
