Uh, is this like a specific force in San Diego or wherever he's at or am I missing something?  You can't be serious if you think all cops, like 100% are racist psychos, obviously more than enough are and should be vetted harder.

I mean, in his case, it's pretty weird, but there's definitely some good ones out there outside the bad apples/sociopath fools

No - just a large number. So large that I don’t trust that institution at all. It’s an abject embarrassment, same as the MET Police over here.  Just because you get a badge and a gun, doesn’t make you a good person or even an arbiter of the law. It gives you scope to be quite the opposite.
