I had to make sure I heard that line correct, slapped me across the face so hard.  Mark bringing it like that this album really shook me to the core

I'd fucking love a run of Anthem, Anthem Part 2 and Anthem part 3 at a live show. 

The original Anthem is criminally underrated and it's a travesty that it hasn't been played live that much.

That finale with the little bells in the background or chimes? Man, it’s so subtle but it throws that ‘emo’ era punk rock anthem in there too.

I fucking love that they brought back ‘their’ sounds and all those 2000 era sounds like this.

this song just delivers, no other way to put it. it just has everything we want. that outro is phenomenal. it’s like a grown up blink, one that doesn’t feel as disconnected from its roots in a good honest way, rather than pandering or going too simple. it genuinely does feel like a threequel to anthem and anthem pt 2, in the best way. 

anthem = the young band, talking about house shows and early days and adolescent angst

anthem pt 2 = the world at large is fucked, how did it get this way? 

anthem pt 3 = confronting adult challenges and loss and death head on. resolving to never change but also grow

The bass on Anthem 3 (2:12) is the same as Anthem 1 (2:16).

You can’t listen to Anthem 3 then stop. That’s like disrespectful to the album and your entire country as a whole.

great addition to the anthem series and the outro is cool, but i probably wont listen to this one very much. it is a great opener for the album though.
