As catchy and good as this song is it’s still somehow the one with the most issues. That pause at the end of the bridge is the biggest one.

btw how do you write that sentence correctly? ‘Getting into it it finishes’ it it can’t be right, is there a comma in between ‘it’? I’m even spun out typing that out

The way you wrote it makes sense. The comma serves as a slight pause and makes the sentence flow better when it's read.

I thought so, i haven’t had my morning coffee yet and the news of the leak had thrown me into internal meltdown. I don’t know if I should wait till tomorrow or not

My only gripe is that Marks bridge should have gone on for another 4 bars. Just feels too short. Other than that it's a lovely little song.

See I love that pause at the end of the bridge because I feel like it adds emphasis to how close Mark was to death with the "you can write my epilogue" lyric.

I love this song, that part as well, but it was a weird long pause.

I like this song but the huge Adams Song similarity at the start kinds of turns me down right now

Also wish they would replace One of the "You dont know what you got" on the chorus with something else.

I like that the song starts out with a tribute to adams song. Mark wrote that song when he was feeling down before and carrying that to this song and revisiting that pain feels right

yuppp the bridge is waaaaay too short — just when you’re invested it drops you back into that repetitive chorus — which by the way i like a lot. this is one of my favorite songs on the album. it’s deep and specific, and i love the outro repeating “and over and over”. minor gripe that the intro is a pure rip of adam’s song/bored to death, but what do i care at this point?

Didn’t have any issues with it. One of top five tracks. Definitely feel the song revolves around what mark was going through when he was stage 4.

This has grown on me a lot. Marks versus are fucking brutal. Some of the best lyrics he’s wrote in years. I love the backing ‘ohhh’s’ in this too. I love the vibe of this, pure +44 vibes which is my fave side project from the boys

song’s officially brought me to tears now. love the ending. the “over and over” part is so distinctly blink and so powerful… reminds me of everything we love about the band, forever and ever, over and over. blink 182 life for life

Anyone think the start of the bridge sounds like the start of the bridge for Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls just with a guitar rather than strings

same with me, only song I don't really like. the instrumental bridge part with the drum fills sounds straight up shitty. the chorus and rest of bridge is just kinda slow and boring. the verses are alright. I kinda wish it was a full mark song and the chorus was something more similar to the verses like it never really got loud with distorted guitars or anything
