Jan Mortensen Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 This song is so good, wtf. Sounds like a song we would have heard Mark sing in 2001. 3 Quote

It's supposed to be kind of a filler Mark song but it's low key doing some heavy lifting on the album. So good. It's mastering the sound of all the blink copy cat pop punk bands that came in the early 2000s 5 Quote
boxelder Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 i’m such a sucker for songs like this. it sounds straight out of 2001. the little guitar melody under the second half of the verse — “i start reminiscing…” — is just unadulterated, classic blink. this will be an all timer favorite from this album. no one can do this stuff better than blink. that’s why we’re all here 4 1 Quote

I'm not even into NFG or Neck Deep but this song nails their style so much Quote
Coightstradamus Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 I love songs like this and this is a perfect one. So good. Quote
blinkAVARacer Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 this song is like TOYPAJ meets DR with a dash of Cali. fun song and mark sounds great. don't know how much i'll listen to this one, but its a decent tune Quote
Knapppers Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 This one was solid from the first listen. Still loving it. Quote

Is just the opposite. This is the song all those bands would love to write.? 2 1 Quote

Rhino7170 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 This song + Hurt (interlude) + Turpentine go together.... Seems to be about Tom's divorce to me. 1 1 Quote

Sdlythe87 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Lovvvvvve this man. What a great pop punk banger. classic Mark melody for sure. It has a very NFG feel to it, it’s definitely gonna be one of my go to tracks. Good job Blink. alot of Dude ranch feels too, with the guitar riff and drums through the breakdown and verses. 1 Quote

Mark_Tom_Travis_Show Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 yeah this kinda does just sound like all the 2000's copy-cats bands. just a perfect execution of that style without the cringey vocals that 99% of the copy-cat bands have 1 Quote
stupidtallhotgirl Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Imma just say it, it might sound biased but Mark or Tom can make that style work because they got a set of balls behind their voices lol 2 1 Quote
Scott. Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 This is pop punk heaven. I wasn’t blown away first listen but heard it now a few times and it’s fucking golden. Mark sounds great and I love the guitar. 10/10 track 2 1 Quote

mahtmd Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 I love this one! It’s very reminiscent of 2000s pop punk as others have said. I’m an obvious sucker for this style and Mark’s vocals are great. I love the lyrics despite not being divorced or even almost divorced, lyrics not being specifically relevant to the vocalist doesn’t bother me as much I guess. Top song imo. Quote
