You legit act like They never play anymore live or studio. Like why continue to follow then? Fucking move on dude. I am dude, sorry but I had all but dropped this schtick until this week when Jan had to try and poke the bear. Still got ton of respect for Tom and the boys but it’s just being phoned in these days. Which I guess is better than nothing

That’s what producers and engineers do though. Jerry Finn most likely changed chords and rearranged songs as well. I think you’ll be hard pressed to find a band that doesn’t have songs that have been re-written because their producers and engineers have different ideas.

At this point I was just trying get a reaction. I’ll drop the schtick
Knapppers
Pretty sure Ilan had zero involvement in this. Aaron is Tom's new right hand man. He's his engineer/producer but also a musician and a huge Blink fan so he helped Tom with bits. Basically doing the job of a producer.....
Aaron Rubin No.1 Fan
Didn't we just get like a 2 hour plus another 1 hour long interview with Aaron being completely honest and open about the background information about the album and all he said was basically he'd run to go grab a bass at most to try and play along or add songwriting credits, as well as humming along some melody ideas for Tom? For me that draws a picture of them chilling in their studio, with Tom on the guitar fiddling around and Aaron being a second ear.. not vise versa like you are imagining Diddy
Champ182
Thanks to the people who relayed what was said in the interviews! No thanks to the people who rehashed boring ass arguments. Seriously just take that stuff to DMs if you can't help yourselves. 2 2
Scott.
Hard listen tbh. Host is a massive gimp and Rubin has the personality of a soggy biscuit. 1

Aaron Rubin No.1 Fan
I'm pretty sure Jerry Finn wrote and co-wrote Does My Breath Smell in its entirety and drums.
Chewy030
In today's world Jerry would of easily gotten writing credits on the blink stuff.

I laughed when he said he thought Hurt was too Angels-y and that he didn't even know it was on the album till he heard the final thing 1

Still great. Just don’t think it carries the weight of Mark being cool with it that it did if it was from back around the original record. If anything I think it's impactful since this was made by Travis and Tom during while Mark didn't want to deal with Tom and was brushing off Travis talking about "when Tom comes back" and telling Mark he thinks blink is just the 3 of them and Mark wasn't having it lol. Imagine if it had released during this time. On 11/17/2023 at 8:56 AM, Man said: What’s this ‘sent’ and ‘received’ stuff? Sounds like separate studios, neighborhoods style recording? He said Mark Tom and Travis met up in LA to write together and come up with ideas a couple times every other week and then would go home to track their parts to send back and forth in the time between
