What's really mind-bending, is they ripped the #1 hit of Blink 182's career.  Not some subtle cut like Violence or something only true fans would notice.  They ripped fucking All The Small Things.

Total idiots.  They might actually get sued if blink camp wanted to.  Yellowcard sued for significantly less.
