I like the bridge of the song but Mark's vocals come in way too quick after the chorus. It doesn't work after the chorus. It'd be better if the bridge was doing the same thing without vocals then repeat itself, this time with Mark on the vocals

Guess they updated again after release. The Spotify version of No Fun has guitar during the second verse (2:08) that’s entirely absent on the lyric video version. Not sure when it happened but yeah, definitely more than a slight mixing tweak people speculated in the past

not respecting songs intergrity is a big no no, unfortunate how ppl always have 2 fuck up bad in the end n it leads to nonsense like that

Whosever behind making that promo is clearly a fan lol.  Even got the ending in there.  Makes sense, one of their best efforts is a long time getting overlooked for some odd reason

Because the good songs aren’t the popular songs. There’s a reason 99.9999% of the songs you hear on the radio suck ass

Evidenced by the only two radio singles being One More Time and Edging both absolute trash compared to the rest of the album.

edit; that reminds me with Aaron saying No Fun was the first song done, that is one of the old “sacrificial lambs” he mentioned in the 5 songs that were done in their first sessions that he’s talked about were

1. No Fun

2. More Than You Know

3. Dance With Me

4. Turpentine

5. Other unknown ‘sacrificial lamb’

and the label exec liked a shitty unfinished demo of Edging from the next sessions and chose it to be the single. 🙃
