Drunk Tom is the best. That was cool. Glad theres no bad blood there. A 4 piece might be ok if Skiba is just the guitarist in the background to fill in the other guitar parts

prior to can't go back, tom DOES make an unusually graphic comment about skye, but it doesn't seem to make mark wince or anything. i don't think it's out of the realm of things they've said in the past.

m&ms sounds sooo sick though.

 

Wait, so Mark had them cut Tom’s mic for Edging? Tom sings in that song. They just play vocal backing tracks and Tom lip synced then??

For how many times Mark does the “Tom quit the band” joke, I was hoping for a bit that night where Mark begs Matt to replace Tom mid show and Skeebs even plays along.

Seems like an instance of an unusual type of show. Tom being nervous enough to get drunk, and Mark being nervous enough to be uptight (because he was basically the MC of a community event, rather than just Mark from crazy Blink 182)

Considering Tom left twice already, there is a good chance he does it again. ( I hope he doesn't though ).

My read is that for Mark it was like when there's a bachelor party and you try to mix your new friends from work with your old party animal friends and feel a little embarrassed at their shenanigans. This was clearly a more personal/family/community event for Mark than a normal show. I'm sure it was no big deal though.
