This thread will either be crickets or me getting bullied by Fap, but I need to be the first to mention this album and dude on here so I can come back to this thread and brag that I was on them from the start like T-Swift (had her as my signature during her very first album run 🥇)

Album is called Kansas Anymore (yeah that's right)

This is the song that hooked me. Kept hearing it on the radio (yes) and dug for more.

 

Been listening to the album pretty much non-stop for several weeks now. My kids like him too which is a bonus. It's not just this song, it's the whole album. If you check it out be sure to listen to the Deluxe.

It's like if you combined 90s pop alternative with the best of Conor Oberst with the Lumineers and added a hint of country twang?

I’ve heard this before, but probably only the chorus?! So probably in the background of my life, in my kids YouTube (this is how they watch some TikTok 🙄) videos? I’ll ask them tomorrow.

Hell yeah! I've really started to like Old Recliners. Song is a straight vibe, makes me want to do Tom Delonge AVA stuff with my hands

Honestly when I saw the name of this thread I thought you were on some major cringe shit talking about the old Simple Plan clothing brand. Good to see that’s not the case, carry on.
