Looking for local drummer and bassist

yo, so for the last four years I've been writing songs (the earlier ones kind of sucked, so they got pitched), and since October of last year I've been able to really refine my songwriting and lyrics, and have written and recorded demos of songs I feel super confident about. My ex-friend Jake (who played bass in a band we were trying to form) dropped, and I don't think it was a great fit, as he would always diss on the bands I liked, especially blink-182, as they are my favorite band. I live in the Dayton, OH area and was hoping anyone on here would be interested in joining my now-solo band 😭 The songs I've written take inspiration from blink primarily, Sum 41, and old-era Simple Plan. I play guitar (Im best with rhythm, but I can also play blink-style riffs) and sing. If anyone's interested please leave me a reply, comment, or message and I can give a lot more specifics and send some demos so you can kind of get the feel. Also note that for me, this is something I've always wanted to do and am determined to break out or make a career in a band one day. I hope to make lifelong friends and band mates through this process, and overall just have fun. 

also I can drive so if need be, I can drive out to wherever as long as it's not like out of state or somewhere in like Cleveland or something 😂

I'm not 100% sure he's a teenager, but he seems quite young to me.

I'm 17, and I'll be 18 in July. Either way, altho I think a lot of my music might need some work, I'd be willing to bet I could surprise you 😂

My comment about your age wasn't meant to be an insult, I was just letting Speedo know that you might be younger than his ideal bandmate lol. And also, you said you're looking for local musicians and you two don't live close together at all. I kind of wish you did though because then I wouldn't have said anything, since it would have made the first meet-up really interesting.
