Don't expect a whole lot of rehearsing guys unless they're doing the rehearsals somewhere on the east coast/general area where they've announced these shows. Just checked and Tom's last angels show in the UK is on April 14, so while yes that technically leaves a month between when he's done there and when the first blink show happens, Travis does have to do his bus travel thing and Tom knowing Tom prolly wants his downtime to relax for those couple weeks. I mean they could do last year's set in their sleep, so I guess if they did some rehearsing they could add some stuff in. We'll see I guess. For the Euro tour, it'd be cool if they all went by boat and did the rehearsing on the boat. That to me just sounds cool.
Yep, once again their lack of commitment to Blink shows. They use Blink as a payday and recycle the same old setlist and idiots eat it up. Busy with other stuff. No time for Blink.
I can't imagine another scenario where people can get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for one night and not care enough to rehearse for a couple of hours to make it better.
Then people on here defend it. It is so utterly laughable. This has become the Blink version of the Avamovement.
Funny, I was actually thinking that, too.

Good guy. I met him at a Brand New show (he wasn't playing) and he was really chill. My buddy was his tour manager in the UK with Into It Over It and said they were awesome guys to hang out with.

Yep, because he represents the MANY former Blink fans who weren't ass kissers who can objectively see what Blink 182 has become.
Did you know Aria isn't a fan of Blink anymore. He told me that the other day. I hope he doesn't mind me saying that on here.
But he was a huge fan just 3 years ago. Things are pretty obvious.
Aria has been hating on blink for awhile...I'm sure he's still a fan though. (i would hope, he has a huge badass blink tattoo)
And another thing, just look at RHCP. They were hugely popular a few years ago, but their new album has gotten virtually no top 40 play (sound familiar?) Rock is just not popular right now. Doesn't mean blink is fading.
The new RHCP album isn't played because it isn't that good. They played the single a good bit, but the album is flat. Not terrible but a huge step down for them. Enough for me to say that without John it just isn't the Chili Peppers. Like Blink, they are selling out concert tours based on PAST albums and past success.
It's like Paul Mccartney selling out baseball stadiums. Not for his current work because as billaftermath said to me at theBlink 182 Atlantic City show in 2009. "I am just here for nostalgia".
That's all YOUR guys opinion. Doesn't mean it's a fact, there's still a lot of people who enjoy Blink. Just because you don't really care for them doesn't make it a FACT ITS YOUR OPINION!!!! Stop trying to make it a fact.

I used to record in the studio where When the Flowers Bloom was recorded. Dude turned into a pretty big douche for a while, but the songs are pretty good.

Nah man, they totally do have a MCS influence on them. Ask Soupy.
One of my favorite bands, I have seen them live a ton. I am lucky enough to see them at all of their big hometown shows, too. I used to be in a band with a guy who was in the Premier with them, and there are a few other things that help me win the six degrees of separation with them.
Best album = The Upsides. Suburbia is a close follow up. The Distances 7 inch and WBPF are also awesome.

They're a staple in the pop-punk scene. They just did some shows, and I regret missing the Philly one, but between finals and how quickly it sold out I guess I'll have to live.

I didn't know he had filled in for Alkaline Trio. And he isn't a bad drummer, but there are enough good drummers out there who are not at his professional level.

I am going to keep an ear to this, but it makes me wonder. You think Atom Willard knows a good pimp, a good drug dealer, or just has blackmail on all of these musicians? He seems to get in with some really good people to play with.
