Version 2.0 of the "remastered" Buddha Promo Tape I got rid of most of the loud tape hiss, bumped up the low frequencies and overall volume, among a few other things.
-
Hey! I'd love to have that bootleg!
-
I fiddled around with Dude Ranch and made it sound more crisp and less muddy. I also took off the silly bits at the end of some of the songs. PM me and I’ll send you a link.

I wish the BCR vinyl available on Amazon didn't sound like complete trash... Sigh... I should have never sold my old red/black smoke variant...
-
I'm going through Demo #2 and having another pass at remastering it. It's sounding a lot better than my original remaster! I've reduced the tape hiss quite a bit. Round 2 of Demo #2: https://remasteredblinkdemos.bandcamp.com/album/demo-2-remastered Let me know what you think

Send me those lossless rips and I’ll remaster them for all of us
-
Nope, these are just the rips that I've always had on my computer, so who knows where they came from originally. If you have lossless rips, and don't mind hooking me up with them, I'd totally be down to give them another remastering treatment, to see if we can get them to sound even better. Up to you!

I appreciate the feedback. They definitely have room for improvement, I agree. And I may go back and fuck with them some more when I have a free night again. But compared to the versions that are already out there, they sound much better. At least in my opinion. Shrug.

https://remasteredblinkdemos.bandcamp.com/ I remastered Flyswatter, Demo #2, and the Buddha Promo tape last weekend. I was sick of my ears bleeding every time I felt like putting on some old Blink demos. So I finally took the liberty of EQing and remastering them to make them more listenable. Obviously you can't polish a turd, but I hope I at least gave them a decent spit shine. Enjoy!

I got hold of a few more bootlegs so I'm uploading them to the site now

Thank you! -
I don’t know if you noticed, but on each bootleg on my site, if you scroll to the bottom of the setlist, I put the info for the shows; Tour (or festival, etc), Venue, Supporting Acts. Just FYI.

Probably only the small clip of it, which is a bummer. I'd love to see the whole thing! -

Thanks! And yeah, I'm one of you old jaded Blink fans as well (32 years old, fan since 1997). It was really nostalgic and interesting to me to find all these spots on the internet and I'm glad I can share it all with other fans and that you actually think it's cool too and not just super nerdy haha. I've been to a few of the locations from the list. I've been to a few of the WMAA spots, a couple Rock Show spots, and one of the Adam's Song spots. -

Yeah yeah, I've gotten about that far too, but I like to find the specific spots, which isn't really possible for those places, but maybe I should try again. -

The original "Josie" video was filmed on the backlot of Universal Studios so I didn't include that one. -

I've tried finding the locations for ATST but have failed... As for Always, I Miss You, and Up All Night, I believe those 3 were all filmed on studio backlots or sound stages so there isn't really a way to find the specific locations. And as for SOOHM, I don't really see much of a point in doing that one since the band isn't even in the video. -
I've spent way too much time compiling this list of Blink-182 related locations. It's always a popular post on Reddit, so I figured I'd bring it here too in case it hasn't made its rounds here yet. Yeah, like the other reply said, it's definitely a mixed bag. All the bootlegs range from horrible to awesome. I'll go through them and pick out the best sounding ones though, if you want. I'm at work so I have nothing better do... because I don't feel like actually working.

Hi guys! I've been collecting Blink bootlegs for years and have always wondered why there wasn't a site that had them all in a nice little package. So recently, I started compiling all of my bootlegs (and even got some more) and have been adding them all to a Bandcamp page for other fans out there to stream/download. I'm still nowhere near done (still need to upload Skiba era bootlegs and such) but there's over 130 bootlegs already uploaded! Only 300 downloads are allotted each month on Bandcamp, so please don't be greedy and just download the ones you really want/don't have, otherwise stream as many as you want! https://blinklegs.bandcamp.com/ Enjoy! PS: If you have any that I don't have (including +44 and AVA), please shoot me a PM with a link and I will get them uploaded (just make sure the file includes the date and place of the show so I know where to squeeze it in)
