  1. the show was AMAZING. probably the best of the 4 shows i've seen them, vegas was sweet too though. i was front row right in front of mark the entire time, got the set list after the show and mark signed it by the buses. i'll post a pic later. such a great night. how about travis dumping the water on tom's head and tom freaking out? haha

lol when did he do this?

right before reckless abandon tom sat down in front of the drum kit to take a quick break and travis just poured out his water bottle on tom's head after taking a swig from it. tom jumped up surprised and interrupted mark and then mark made everybody give travis the finger haha

  2. its no biggie. the only differences between the sets have been obvious and violence. and i'm really glad i saw them in boston instead. it was a beautiful night

actually, its a switch between easy target and violence. they play obvious at every show. and the other switch is dont leave me and going away to college.

    i think thats it.

nah it's a switch between obvious and violence. it used to be either easy target, obvious, and going away to college or go, violence, and don't leave me but blink has stopped playing easy target and go lately.

  3. How was the performance though?

It was a great show. Blink killed it, especially under the circumstances. Mark was noticeably and understandably quite sad for most of the show. He tried to cheer up during parts and jump around, but he just looked sad. Travis seemed to be keeping his cool for the most part...he did walk off stage the second Dammit ended though and Mark and Tom stayed for a couple extra minutes. Tom really tried to lighten up the show and make everyone feel good...the lyric changes in lots of the songs were hilarious and even made Mark laugh once or twice. I honestly just hope Mark and Travis appreciate that Tom is probably devastated for his two friends losing a close friend but is also taking the reigns and saving the show for the fans. After Mark's DJ AM speech, nobody moved for like 4 songs. I felt bad that they were even playing after that speech, but Tom really did a good job to bring the crowd out of it and get everyone to have a good time so that the fans as well as the band could escape the bad shit that's happened while the music was playing. I give them props for even playing tonight and hope they get through.

Oh, and besides skipping the drum solo, they didn't play Adam's Song. Definitely would have been too sad. I already had the utmost respect for blink, but after tonight I can't even explain how much I truly respect them for coming out tonight and giving it their all.

  4. I was able to score some pit tickets for this, which is gonna make the show so much better. Good thing too, cause there is supposed to be thunderstorms in Hartford on Saturday and I don't want to be stuck with lawn seats. Hopefully the pit is a bit crazier than the pit in Boston. Plus, I don't have to watch the same supporting bands this time, except for Chester French who were actually pretty good.

It rains at almost every concert I go to at this venue haha. I'll be in the pit as well!

  5. one of the dates is wrong on the $40 long sleeve shirt...9/10 is written as 9/18 by accident. woops.

also, i'm surprised some of you are upset with the merch prices. i go to A LOT of concerts, and these prices are completely normal for a band as popular as blink. usually, t shirts are $35-$40 at these types of shows. only smaller bands that are opening or headlining clubs are selling shirts for 15-20 bucks.

and somebody asked about how fast the limited shirts are going...at the 7/23 vegas show, they were still available once the show had ended so i wouldn't worry too much. keep in mind that show only had about 4,000 people at it compared to the 15,000 or more at most shows on this tour.
