an other member of ou est le swimming pool jumped into the public on a girl, she broke her back
she is probably crippled for the rest for her life
the singer didnt feel good about it, and probably for other reasons too (my guess was that he was wasted on drugs too), he jumped of off a lamppost and commited suicide
they day before a technician had a heart attack
best performance of the festival: QUEENS OF THE STONEAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

blink 182 is a very small band in belgium
if they would come to a venue, not much ppl would go
-
nope he did not
they played more songs
-
-
nope definately not a new song
they'll obviously play their singles (its a festival, every band does), and I hope the non-singles they are playing will be my blink favorites!
-
how long do you guys think blinks set will last when they are going to playing the festivals?
1 hour? 1 hour and a half?
what would be the setlist?
i just cant wait anymore!
-
I think so, maybe a few (little) names will be added
but I think most of the bands have been announced by now
maybe a few cancels/changes..
what does it matter:) blink 182 is coming to pukkelpop!
-
last bands have been added to the line-up
-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pukkelpop for more information
pukkelpop is held in kiewit (small town), which is a part of a city called hasselt (+- 70 000 ppl).
in kiewit, there's a long road. on one side, there's the festival site& the other site: camping
if you have a festivalticket, you can go to the camping too for free.
if you want to stay at a hotel, you're probably only going to find hotels in hasselt. i really dont have any clue if they are gonna be sold out or not.
but, believe me, most ppl just sleep at the camping. waaaaaaaaaaay more fun than a hotel!
i mean, when you say a festival, you say camping!!
facilities are quite good, its a fun festival

MSandt, what do you study? or what kind of work do you do?
if i may ask
and, about the pukkelpop thing, i agree with you. it would be (in my opinion) a little bit stupid to come to belgium& do a festival while there are the same festivals in finland. you could see some "culture" here, it just depends on what you like
and the english thing, its true there are other languages in britain
but the main language being speaked is english, isnt?
i like the english, irish and scottish accent lol
-
3 different languages? isnt all english but just with a different accent?
-
has the line up on thursday changed cos it looks like they have placebo playing after iron maiden now
i dont know, the timetable still has to be made official, it could be that placebo and iron maiden are playing after blink, so blink would be playing around 8pm i guess. maybe they play before iron maiden, about 10pm then i guess.
but ive been thinking about it, i dont want them to play right before iron maiden, because we would be surrounded by old freaky iron-maiden-metalhead-fans, i dont like that.
but they wont stop me seeing blink there will be also a lot of 16 old teenage girl fans of blink intresting combination

in belgium it rains a lot too, but normally, 19th of august, the sun should shine:)
yeah language is definately not a problem here, we all speak english and french and dutch pretty well.
we've got 3 official languages: dutch, french and german.
Is there anything else worth seeing around the location, like some cultural shit or something?
i was thinking about going to Finland but it always snows and everyone is a racing driver rolleyesMSandt you are an absolute dingleberry
We've got a few hockey players too actually.
And all Britons are soccer hooligans who drink tea.
well, not really.
what are your intrest in culture? you could visit cities like maastricht, liege, hasselt, antwerpen, brussels, gent (they're all not further away than 100 km) check out wikipedia for more information
there is culture, but nothing really that intresting
but why would you want to see culture?? its a fuckin festival!!!
5 days of music, girls and things that will not make you sober
-
blink is headlining, mainstage, before iron maiden

isnt england easier for you then?
ive been going to this festival for 7 years now, i'll promise you its worthwhile!
but if you would be alone, that would suck.. i hope for you, you can find friends that would join you!
i dont expect blink to cancel this tour, although plus 44 did cancel a show here at pukkelpop a couple of years ago..
-
never sold out
pukkelpop exists 25 years, never sold out
-
line-up looks nice
-
yihaaaaaaaa!!! 76 euro to see them btw (a long with some other nice bands..)
-
Im starting to think that i wont be able to see them, and it makes me wanna punch a wall. I have my uni exams right at the start of september, and if they dont do a show in Spain i really doubt ill manage to go somewhere and see them. Fuck my life.
Also, i think its weird that they are only playing 2 dates in England, and 3 or 4 in Germany. I dont know, just feels weird to me.
yeah they past years theyve only been to england, france and germany. the other european countries always had to go to england or france..
now the management of blink finally realized that there are also other countries to go to!! im happy for the fans of netherlands, belgium, hunfary and what not..
i do thinks its a shame for you that they dont go to spain, pretty big country!
-
normally, ill be adding a post tomorrow! blink coming to pukkelpop @ Belgium!
-
HELL YEAH!!!! thanks for info
no we dont have to drive to germany, england or france:)
going to buy tickets for pukkelpop as soon as possible
-
dinsdag maken ze de eerste namen van pukkelpop bekend, ik ben benieuwd of blink erbij zal zijn!
