oei waarom? als ge nu bv 2 groepen (op dezelfde) dag doodgraag wilt zien maar de rest kan u niets schelen, moet ge 3 keer zoveel betalen als dat er gewoon dagtickets beschikbaar zouden zijn? pure commerce!
is lowlands trouwens elk jaar zo snel uitverkocht?

ja hoogstwss komen ze ook naar pkp, dan ben ik bij de eerste die (een festival waar dat trouwens wél mogelijk is!) een dagticket heeft, maar moest het zijn dat ze niet naar pkp kome, heb ik een back-up plan nodig!

hey spiroze, i saw a post of you earlier asking me if i would go to one of the festivals to see blink, but i cant find it anymore so ill just put my response here.. im not the biggest blink fan in the world, i used to be when i was a teenager but the last few years i didnt really listen to them anymore (i still thought they were good but no new music etc..) but now that they are back together and touring, i still want to see them (because ive never had that opportunity when i was younger, the first and only time them came to belgium was at pukkelpop 97, i was 9 years old back then lol)
i have no other friends that like blink (in fact, most of my friends hate blink haha) but i know a couple of guys (not my best friends, but theyre cool) who have a little bit the same situation as me, and we agreed that we were going to try and see blink this summer so im gonna talk about it with them, and ill let you know if you want to go with us! if they dont come to pukkelpop/werchter, we'll probably go to germany, france or london and make it a roadtrip.
where are you from? we're all from bilzen, 15km from hasselt (limburg)

Hmmm, Summer tour. So I guess that implies a festival tour. Too bad.

I really hope they won't come to Pinkpop, but if they do I will force myself to go.
Rockwerchter? meh.. it's one of the most expensive festivals.
Maybe Lowlands, that would be great.
about 80 eur for one day (werchter) but ill sure pay it to see blink!
dont think theyll do any festival in belgium/holland though

and i dont mind travis' sideprojects, because he is a robot, he can do the same amount of things in one day, while the same amount of things need to be done by at least 5 ppl in one day.
i think mark can combine his sideprojects and blink pretty well

It would be shit seeing them at Reading or Leeds, there were so many drugged up idiots their this year that it has made me change my mind about why I'd ever want to go their ever again. People don't go their to enjoy the music anymore it's all about getting so wasted that you end up sleeping with a random person and not remembering anything of it or, burning someone else's tent on the last day which so moronic it's untrue.

but when doing all this, you also should go see the bands you would like to see and try to be sober enough to remember
im starting to think that that love thing from ava will be tom's latest activity for ava for at least awhile.. i mean, after this love thing (the next following half year) comes the european tour, and after that blink will make a new album, i think the future will be bright:) meaning: no ava and a lot of blink

ive already agreed with my friends that im going to see them anyways, paris, london, germany, i dont care..
rock werchter would be awesom, id go for sure!! pukkelpop is even better, 10km from my house:)
dont think theyll come to belgium though.. but screw it, ill drive to paris if i have to, who knows how long were gonna have to wait to see blink after the coming summer

je hebt wel gelijk. het festival dekt zich in tegen ongemakken, maar de consument is een beetje de dupe er van he: hij betaalt een pak meer, ook al wil (en in vele gevallen, kan, want veel mensen zitten met herexamens, werk, vakantie etc.) de festivalganger maar 1 dag gaan.
4 verschillende tickets aanbieden is een beetje moeilijker, maar ik denk dat een organisatie als lowlands daar heus wel mee over weg kan hoor. ik bedoel, het nadeel dat je 4 verschillende tickets (en bandjes) moet hebben is toch wel een beetje kleiner dan het nadeel dat een festivalganger 100 eur meer moet betalen.
en winstgericht gezien, is het voor lowlands beter dat een festivalganger 2 dagtickets koopt dan een combiticket (levert meer geld op) maar dat is idd wel in het voordeel van ons.
maar je kan er ook niet aan doen, ik merk het maar op:) ben eens zeer benieuwd of ze naar pkp komen.. anders moet ik al naar duitsland gaan (als die festivals ook al niet uitverkocht zijn)
