If he’s getting buried in the mix you should shift your vendetta to the sound engineer. Ask yourself this, why would he even bother playing the guitar on stage, if he chose to have his guitar muted on the PA system? The dude can obviously play the songs, it’s not like he’s up there on stage playing songs in a different key or wrong chords?
