Why is it taking so long for the full blink182.com site to go online?
-
Motion City for me would be; iatm, cttm, eiikm, mdl and go. Though, I can listen to all of their songs all of the time ofc. Been blasting mdl for a good month already. If I introduce their music to mainstream lovers I always recommend them cttm. That album is solid no matter what kind of genre you prefer.

Totally feel you bro! I saw them opening for blink in 2004 (wish I got to see them sooner) and those songs were def much more stronger back then! I am a huge fan of them and for me it's like; everything they produce is golden. I mean, the albums are quite in correct order when it comes to their style (I might would have released my dinosaur life after I am the movie to make it fit more perfectly but that my personal opinion). But you can clearly see that it gets harder for them to play older songs besides the hits for from those era's. JP is one of those dudes who I wish that had superpowers in the form of not aging. He is brilliant, but obviously not in the mindset anymore which he was back then (good for him as a person, but a shame for some of the songs he wrote in the past). Overall, my favourite band, never fail to amaze me By the time we meet kev, we are first gonna do a mcs listening marathon and drink some. Then go party in the city, thats a promise I make right now. -

We should just start a subsection for these threads. Motion City Soundtrack, 4 killer albums, shows that blow you away and ready to take over the entire world. I remember booking tickets to Blink in either Dusseldorf or Munster and knew that a band called Motion City Soundtrack was an opening act. My friend gave me a link to download I am The Movie. Wow, that day changed my life, no joke. Saw them 3 times now, 1 headliner, 1 festival and 1 opener and I can easily say that they are my favourite band for a long time. They even managed to beat Blink in my top band list. Im glad so many people share this opinion/feeling (thank you Dan/Reefer). What do YOU think of Motion City Soundtrack? I see them being around for many more years and I know they will keep on and surprise us with the sound of every new album thats yet to come out.

Tellison - Collarbone (Promo Video) (and some extra info/updates)
Luc. posted a topic in Other Bands
Taken from www.myspace.com/tellison: NEW VIDEO // TOUR // SINGLE! So last night we played in a very strange venue in Northampton. We had a good time though and if you were there I hope you did too. I also hope you didn't catch anything. OK. NEWS. 1. The video for our new single has just gone live! We made it with a polite young man called Tom Levinge. You pronounce his name like "Loving" but with an "e". Levinge. YOU CAN WATCH IT RIGHT HERE! (p.s. the girl doing the cooking is in the sequel to "The Human Centipede"! Celebs love Tellison I heard): 2. We're on tour for aforementioned single right now. Tonight we play the London date at The Lexington in Angel. Helpfully there's going to be a tube strike tonight too. BUT. If the worst comes you can get to the venue from King's Cross very easily. (I once walked it with a giant bag full of Peter's clothes so do not worry too much). It would be lovely to see you either tonight or at any of the shows. We're playing a mixture of old and new songs, some that we haven't in ages, so come say hullo and do some smiling and stuff. 3. Sorry to keep sending out updates. Thankyou for being patient with us. 4. The single is available for pre-order right now! From either: http://bsmrocks.bigcartel...com/product/tellison-colla..rbone-7-with-mp3-ep OR http://www.banquetrecords...com/BSM107 PLUS we'll have a SUPER LIMITED EDITION CD VERSION of the entire Collarbone EP on sale at shows. Bye Bye now.x -
