Mark, you've always been my favourite member of the band. You're such a good dude who always looks the best in people. You're one of the main reasons why I got into music. I know you're going to beat this, and I know you're going come back and put on the best show possible. Wishing you the best of luck!

Absolutely devastated by the news. As someone who has had family members with cancer, it absolutely sucks and is terrible news. The positive news, if you can call it positive, Mark can afford to get the best doctors and have the best treatment possible. I’m sure Mark will beat this and put on the best concert possible when he comes back.

It's good that they're talking again. I mean, even if Blink never get back together, it's always good that they're getting on.

The club will fail. Tom never sticks with the same idea for that long. Gets bored and moves on to the next project..... this time he's scamming people out of money and hoping it funds his next project.
-
I used to remember when Tom could write catchy songs.
-
Come off it. The site was a failure. There is a reason why Tom never talks about it. Tom would pop in once in a blue moon and leave after 5 minutes. Ryan Sinn was definitely the only one who was trying to make that site work. As people have said, Tom never delivers. He has these ideas and they're typically asshat. He can literally take $99 up front and have a live stream once and a while and make it seem that you've had your 99 dollars worth. He's doing so many different projects.... that you can't trust him. Also, it's not like Angels and Airwaves is a big band or anything. The hype to their fame was off the back from Blink breaking up. The only people who care about that band is Tom fans. This is a terrible cash grab.... and I hope he gets called out for it. He honestly should apologize, especially when people are struggling from COVID.
-
Absolutely disgusting from Tom, especially during COVID. Why the hell do these rich celebrities need to charge those type of prices? How about you prove your worth and then start charging later down the line. I guarantee you they'll retract these prices and apologize for it. So fucking typical.
-
Not on topic, but has anyone heard Yoshi's remixes of the Love albums? Pretty great stuff. He honestly turned a lot of those songs into gems.
-
How many times have we heard that bullshit? We'll probably get more crap like California and Nine.
-
Leave BCR alone, Tom.
-
They know all know the damn fools will eat it up. They can keep the dream alive that Tom will return the band..... whilst promoting their projects.
-
When Tom sticks to the stuff he knows how to write, he's an amazing songwriter.
-
I like it. That's what you can say about Tom. He can make a catchy song. He also can make those feel-good songs. That's what I feel Blink has been missing the last 4 years.
-
People who chargeback are scum, especially when it's going to a good cause. I hope Mark takes this further and gets the money.
-
Tom's always been a talented song writer when he sticks to his roots. It's what Blink have been lacking the last 5 years.
-
It doesn't even state he completely sold the rights: Tom DeLonge said: “It is an honor to have been playing music for so many years and to be in a position to partner with the great team at Hipgnosis to support my work." It clearly states he's in a partnership with them. Seems like he'll still get royalties but not to the amount he was getting.

I'm pretty certain Blink will do a tour with Angels and Airwaves. Mark did say he would be open to it in the past.
-
I never liked Nine at all. Bland album that was written by a billion different artist because Mark has had writer's block for like 10 years now..... and Matt adds absolutely nothing to the band. Tom may not have gave a shit about the band before he was let go, but Blink are a much worse band without him.
-
"Why can't we get divorced for Christmas? 'Cause it just isn't the same" At least they're self-aware of how terrible they are now.
-
Better album than California, but definitely not a good album.

Oh dear. What a disappointment this album really was. Very average to shit songs from start to finish. I know Blink have to change their music to keep it fresh, but this was just so different that you couldn't even tell it was Blink for most of the album. You literally could tell it was written by a bunch of different people. Like seriously, not even one good and catchy song in the whole album? It just felt very bland to me. Black Rain had potential, but then it went to complete shit after 40 seconds. It felt like they wrote one part of the song 1 day and came back to it weeks later. Pretty much sums the whole album up to me. Mark and Travis should have just started a side project and asked Matt to join, because this is not Blink-182. It's so far from Blink-182. At least then we'd understand if they were trying something different; Mark and Travis did it with +44, which worked out pretty well at the time. But to me, they're doing more damage than good to Blink's legacy. But I guess we all know why they're using Blink's name. I guess the kids of this generation will like this type of music. But this isn't the Blink I used to love. Before you say, "oh, they have to change. They can't make music like they used to." I get it. I understand. But it's like they're just trying to force out music that fits the music of today. I would prefer if they took a risk with their music. It's worked out many times with Blink in the past, so it wouldn't hurt. And when Blink did change their music, it still had the Blink-182 feel to it. That's not what Nine had. It just felt like they made different music for the sake of it. I'm now certain Tom is the most talented song writer out of the lot of them. He always knew how to write a catchy song and get Blink in the right direction. Am I asking for Tom to come back? Probably not. But Blink will never write another good album again if he's not there. It's just the truth.

Anyone got a link of the album they could pm me, please?

I'm just hoping we get 1 good song from the album. Let's be honest here, we've had 2 terrible songs, 2 average songs and 1 song that's really short, so we can't really class it as a song. About 95% of the album has been written by other people (that includes Feldmann) with the help of Blink-182. Pretty shocking that they literally can't write an album by themselves anymore.
-
I have no hope for this album at all. California was pretty bad, but at least it had some catchy and Blink type of songs. These songs from the new album do sound like they were written by other people. I honestly think this is going to be the worst album they've ever made.
